If I could give negative stars I would! I have worked with Walgreens throughout the country and this is by FAR the absolute worst pharmacy in the country! They accused both my husband and I of lying, when they were looking at the wrong screen. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes, my doctor sent in a script at noon yesterday with a rush because I am out of meds and it will not be done until after 4:00 as they have to have it delivered. This store has caused me so much disturbance that I will be changing all of my meds to another pharmacy as well as my husband's. My friends are also moving theirs as well, No one in the store seems to have a clue about anything and they have an excuse that points to you every time. NO MORE WALGREENS for me. read more

Keep you on hold for 30 mins then give a bland "call your prescriber for information" thanks alot of help.... back and forth bs and they need serious help. This was a brutal experience I miss rite aid atleast they answered and done. This place is corporate garbage with horrible "customer service", if I had gotten a name I'd post but by the 20th min I was so agitated I just wanted an answer. I have always gotten great customer service at this Concord location. Whether while shopping and being asked if I needed help or at the Photo department when I needed assistance. Really poor service!!!! Dropped off a prescription at drive thru today at about 1pm. Was asked what time I wanted the amoxicillin filled, I said I would be back at 5 pm. That gave them four hours!!!! Got busy with some errands and didn't make it back till 615. When we pulled up, was told they didn't have my insurance info. Of course during the five hours and fifteen minutes, they could have called - but didn't bother. Not a big deal, amoxicillin is about as cheap as it comes, right? Told pharmacist I would just pay cash when he said it would take ten minutes to run thru insurance. I told him I would pay cash, then he told me they didn't even bother to fill it. Can't bother to call - didn't bother to fill it... crappy service. read more

We've been patronizing this Walgreens for years. Getting all our prescriptions there and anything else we need including a home blood pressure machine - two of them as a matter of fact. Last week I called to find out about part of the process in their online covid booster scheduling. I spoke to two different people in the pharmacy - it was a spot to enter a number from my vaccine card I couldn't identify. Each person was dismissive and couldn't tell me what the number in the process was. I hung up and called back and a third person picked up and I asked to speak to the pharma manager. The manager - someone named Kate - was gone for the day so I asked to leave a message. The person kept asking me what I wanted to talk to the manager about and I said I'd just like a call back the next day. No one called back ever. If the manager had called me, I would have asked about the number again because we relinquish a lot of very personal info to schedule online and I think I have a right to know about anything in that process I'm uncertain about. I would also have suggested they walk the staff through the online process so they can answer customer's questions. Now they've lost a loyal customer - me. I'm scheduled with CVS for my booster. I have been a customer at Walgreens Concord NH site for over 10 years now. I am planning on changing pharmacies. They have messed up my prescription which of course is important to me, I was told 2 different answers which means one was untrue, and I have now been without my medication for 3 days going on 4. When I asked if I should call back or if someone would call me, I received no answer, so here I am waiting on day 4. The pharmacist does not like me or maybe does not like people. But this makes a big difference in where I bring my business. Please try to evaluate your employees more carefully, as I have never had a problem until now. I have been reading your reviews maybe your company should as well. I found one good review and Tj C. just because you had no problems does not give you the right to minimize the problems others have had, sounds like you would be a perfect employee here. read more

Stopped into Walgreens on Loudon Road quickly on Saturday to ask what type of the Covid vaccine was being administered. I found a female associate probably in her mid 30s kind of skinny, definitely Rude. When I went to ask she said "are you talking about the test or the vaccine?" I said "the type of vaccine information". She quickly mumbled off a bunch of information that I'm sure she's memorized, but being deaf and both of us wearing a mask, it was hard for me to understand. I Apologized and told her that I was deaf and asked her again which vaccine was being used. She put her hands up in the air on both sides of her face and loudly said "Pfizer -Pfizer -Pfizer!!" Not the kind of customer service that I would expect as a middle-aged women with a hearing deficit. I won't be back. But I think some sensitivity training needs to take place to the staff when they interact with the public -despite the question being asked. read more

I have used this pharmacy for nearly a year with increasing issues. The incompetence is just too much and moving to a different pharmacy. Plus, the robo calls, text and email are ridiculous ...several times a day if you have prescription to be filled or waiting. I'm all for letting me know but not this much. read more

My Dr. office sent 2 of my perscriptions to this location by mistake instead of Walmart & I figured I'd just go with it for now. I like the fact they have a drive-thru & are very efficient, they do charge more for the perscriptions & I'll be changing back to Walmart. read more

I stopped at CVS to get a flu shot. I went around 3 pm thinking I would miss the lunchtime rush. I was told there would be a 30-40 minute wait. They explained that 3-6 was their busy time. The following day I went at 11 am. Again, I was told the wait would be at least 30 minutes. I was surprised as there was only one other person waiting in the pharmacy area. Frustrated, I decided to go across the street to Walgreens. The pharmacy tech there filled out all the forms and told me it would be about 15 minutes. I waited no more than 5 minutes before the shot was administered by the very pleasant pharmacist. It took all of 2 minutes. I explained the frustration I experienced at CVS and she explained that, at Walgreens, they feel flu shots are important and try to get them in quickly. I will be going to Walgreens from now on. CVS, you have lost a loyal customer. read more

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I had order my medication the night before for a pick up at 6pm. I even called to ask if they had the meds in the store the morning of they said yes. To now get a phone call to tell me they can't fill it! And if I wanted it filled I would have to drive and hour out of my way!! If I were to be asked if I recommend this pharmacy?my answer would be, I'd rather die then go back! My wife and I stopped in to this Walgreens to get flu shots. We had called ahead to verify our insurance was on file. We told yes and to come on in anytime. The girl at the pharmacy counter gave the impression she was unsure of how to do this, asking us the same questions over and over. She seemed to be having trouble understanding what to input into the computer. She did finally locate us in the system and imputed our insurance for payment. After about ten minutes of this (felt like 20) she announced that our insurance would not cover the shots. When asked if she was sure she said she was and we could pay for the shots ourselves at 31.90 each. We declined and left. We continued our shopping at Sam's Club and saw they also offered flu shots. We had never dealt with Sam's Pharmacy before. They were nothing but efficient and professional. The insurance was verified as good for the shots and we were done and gone in less time than it took the Walgreens girl to figure out how to enter our information. In our opinion Walgreens needs to train their personnel to know their jobs and how to treat customers before they allow them to work in the Pharmacy. read more
