I called to see if they had an otc eye drop in stock. After 15 minutes a tech answered and said he couldn't answer the question. he had to transfer me to the back pharmacy. I waited 10 more minutes and gave up. terrible service to answer a simple question. read more

I been with this pharmacy for years gary always been professional and always had time to help a coustmer if they had questions about a medication he cares about his coustmers and will bend over backwards to get your medcation if its not in stock. I love love love the pharmacy staff! Gary the pharmacist is the best pharmacist I have ever had! They are so helpful and they get things done that most pharmacies don't care enough to bother. The pharmacy staff has caught drugs prescribed to me before the doctors that Prescribed them! They have bugged the crap out of my insurance company and doctors if I needed something. Poor customer service at photo dept from employee who identified himself as the manager. I had some difficulty ordering pictures from my the website this time, and the manager acknowledged that the difficulty was likely due to the fact that the photo machine has not been functioning properly. Ultimately, I had three photo orders waiting for me, when the website stated that only two actually went through. Which order was the duplicate? The burden was on the customer to go through 3 packages of 100 randomly-ordered pictures to find out. Since the difficulties in the photo department caused this problem , I asked the manager if he could simply sell me the photos at the current sale price (they weren't on sale if you days ago when I ordered them), which would reduce some of the excess cost for the third order . He declined. I told him that I could simply go home and place a new order, and never "pick up" the pictures in question. He cheerfully agreed, stating, " of course you have a right to do that." He then offered me the Walgreens 800-number to complain. His behavior was so taunting and deliberately unhelpful that I felt I should oblige his request and complain about him. Word to the wise: If your Walgreens photo order seems problematic, don't pick it up. Just start over with a new order at another Walgreens, or elsewhere, because you will not receive any help at the Walgreens store level. read more

This is a good store, usually very clean but the staff are terrible. You can tell that they do not want to be there and they do not want to help you with anything. had pictures printed here of a florida vacation and the staff had me wait in the store for a half hour for the pictures to be printed when they were supposed to be done by the time I arrived, and on top of that after waiting i had to come back the next day to get them because they couldnt download my pictures at that time. Overall the pictures were nice and the price was nice but I will go to a different walgreens. read more

I have been in this store several times as I live right next door to it. First of all the service is horrible. When we walked in the cashier was telling us about he was in a good mood because his ex girlfriend was moving out of his house. That is professional... not. Next you always have to wait in line because the cashiers are clueless, and the manager was just screaming at the employee in front of us because they needed help making a display.The last thing that really caused me to write this review is the fact that I recently ordered a photo canvas, and was charged $50 more than it was suppose to be. This was online not in the store. Anyways I waited over a week of constant back and forth and still haven't gotten anywhere. Keep in mind the product STILL hasn't arrived yet. Now I am trying to contact them for a return label because I am just sick of these games... but oh wait I have to wait and be shuffled around yet once again. NEVER going here again! read more
