This place is fantastic, if you are looking for knowledgeable staff, one on one instruction/…read moredemonstrations this place is for you. If you're trying to buy a $300 treadmill go to your local Walmart this place is full of gym quality equipment. I found this place when I was trying to demo a Water rower (rowing machine), this was the nearest location that had one that Jessica and I could try. Location: Right on Riverdale St next to the Cyber Exchange Computer store. One thing that is good about the location is its not in a shopping center/mall so you don't have alot of foot traffic/ casual observers that may take away from your customer experience. Most people that come to this store are looking to buy something, so this affords you the opportunity to pepper the sales rep with questions. Equipment: After deciding on the rower we spent the next hour trying the different machines. They even have the revolving steps from biggest loser!!! That shit is hard let me tell you. They also have top of the line treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, and devices that employ the use of your own body weight. Staff: We were helped by Craig. He was very knowledgeable and could even speak in technical terms about the different technology that set their equipment apart from your standard treadmill, he was also in shape so this added some validity to his claims. When we ordered our rower he told us the date it would arrive. When I called upon the date it was supposed to arrive I got told by a different sales rep it wouldn't be arriving due to delivery issues. I explained my displeasure because my schedule wouldn't allow me to pick it up for another week. The sales rep called Craig who went to the warehouse and brought it to the store on his day off. Anywhere that cares about its customers that much is worthy of your business for the long haul. Bottom line go here if you're looking to buy some equipment for your home gym these guys really know their stuff and they'll make sure you're happy with the experience.

Today made me think I should tell somebody else about this great kept secret because I was the only one there for over an hour. The gym has treadmills bicycles ellipticals free weights and different options in different locations. My personal favorite is the stretch machine in the Wilton location!

As a professional who usually commutes to Albany I was distracted and almost missed my exit this morning. When we made it to the light at the exit that was all he could focus on stating I was in the wrong and he had the whole thing on camera which likely includes him being the aggressor in this situation. I think he needs to be reminded to remember when he is driving a company vehicle he is a reflection of that company first and foremost!

They come with their cell phone and buy out entire styles of clothing. It's really discouraging, because it left the store almost bare in July when I witnessed this predatory behavior that only continues to perpetuate inflation. One thing that is confusing is the curbside parking spaces as there is no way to purchase online from what I can gather. Definitely a must stop for back to school.

I tried to work with two other companies prior to them to get my power wheelchair. Neither company could accommodate my special requests. Kristine, Jeff, and John at the Prime Care office had no issues working with my special requests. It is difficult for me to communicate via telephone due to not only my disabilities, but also a poor cell signal at my house. They had no issues at all communicating solely via text and email. They took care of all the paperwork and communications with my doctor and insurance company to get the proper forms filed. They were all courteous, polite, and professional every step of the way. They kept me informed of where we were in the process and what I would need to do in my home to get it ready for my chair. John worked with me to get the chair delivered when it was convenient for me. At delivery he explained all I needed to know and answered all my questions. Truly a great team at this company. I definitely recommend them if you need a power wheelchair, or any other medical equipment.
