The overall store is good but that pharmacy is theeee worst! It always takes forever. Customer service is great and I still prefer it over CVS read more

If I could give this pharmacy a half or quarter star I would. In the last 6 months the quality of service for this particular location has drastically declined. The pharmacy's poor business processes and lack of good customer service are the primary reason for the low rating. Even after receiving a notification that my prescription is ready, I am routinely informed by the pharmacist assistant that the medication is either out of stock or it has not been filled (come back in 2 hours). I would rather drive five extra miles to another pharmacy that has their stuff together. I hate that I have to play the guessing game with this store. read more

Usually fast service and prices seem better than cvs. Staff always helpful and the store is clean.

I can't never get the pharmacy to answer their phone, therefore I choose to fill my prescription elsewhere.

I have only had positive experiences at the Clinton Walgreens. The lines are long but they always move fast. The store is clean and well lit and they have always had the medicines that I needed. The photo lab there is pretty good as well read more

Went to go pick my a photo copy of my grandmother death certificate that was sent to me via photo from PI. I needed a copy for the passport office but it wasn't ready in time. So when I went up there later that night to pick it up there was an associate at the Photo counter who was speaking to someone else and I waited my turn. Once they were done having a conversation she came up to me and said how can I help you with no greeting. I said Hi, I have a photo to pick up please and have her my last name. Then she asked was it an enlargement with an attitude and I said yes it was printed on 8x10. She goes through the stack and she couldn't find it then I mentioned another last name and when she didn't find it under that she asks my phone number then says you have both those names under the same number with a rude tone. I said yes I know and she proceeds to look back through the stack and when she doesn't find it she goes back on the computer to print off my document again because she can't find my envelope. After she prints it out she looks at it then get on the phone with a manager I'm guessing at this point. Once she gets off the phone she is already talking to me in a abrupt tone to tell me that the reason why she thinks my envelope wasn't in the stack was because it was a photo copy of a government document and they are not allowed to do so but since she printed it and since I'm there her manager approved to give it to me. Yet she said it over again like as if I knew the policy and I did something wrong. In which I didn't know because the mobile app doesn't say what you can or cannot print out as pictures. So I told her that she was very rude for speaking to me in the tone that she delivered the policies like I was at fault when I was explaining to her why I needed it printed. Then she had the nerve to say I could of printed it out at Staples when I explained to her that they wasn't open when I needed this document printed out since I'm not from the area. Now she has an attitude for confronting her on her deliverance of tone she wants to check me out, gets on the phone and when she handed my change back I said thank you. She didn't say nothing then I said have a nice night, she still didn't say nothing back so I kindly said back I guess you're not going to have a nice night then walked off to leave. I looked at my envelope and her name is printed on it since her badge was flipped over when she was helping me so i can report her and her name is Angela. She needs to take more customer service classes on how to speak to customers and to have a better understanding that when she wants to explain policies to a customer to not make it sound like the customer is wrong when us as customers don't know the policy and procedures of company policies when it's not stated on websites or mobile apps. read more

AVOID THIS PHARMACY!! I've been going there since rite aid closed three years ago and I've had problems here and there, but nothing like I had today. So yesterday I got about four phone calls from the pharmacy saying that I had prescriptions to pick up. So today I go in there to pick them up and somehow they're not done, which is no problem. So I'm told to sit in the wait. I'm waiting for about 15 minutes and this lady comes up with a prescription to fill, so they say okay we'll take care of you, and she goes on her way looking around the store. About 10 minutes passes and she comes up saying that she got an alert on her phone saying that her prescriptions were done. At this point I'm pretty pissed off because I've been sitting here for close to a half an hour on prescriptions that were already supposed to be filled. So I spoke up, I will admit I wasn't friendly. But I didn't use any foul language, just had a raised voice. So the manager or whoever that fat lady with red hair is at the pharmacy comes up and begins instantly escalating things instead of trying to calm an angry customer down. She kept telling me I was disrespecting her. Every time I'd ask what am I doing that's disrespectful, she had nothing to say in response. At first they couldn't find my prescriptions (no wonder why I was forgotten about). She finally finds them, I get all the way to sign for my meds saying I received them and under my breath I say this was a joke. And instead of staying professional I'm not saying anything she says "what was that", and then continued to threaten not to fill my medications and to send it to another pharmacy. So I took her up on her offer lol. I am now I'm going to Harmon's pharmacy in Roy for my medications for now on. They had twice as many people as Walgreens did as far as customers and they were still able to see me in five minutes and get me in as a new customer. If you want somewhere that isn't a cluster f#@@ and will be professional instead of escalating stuff with a customer. read more

I'd like to give this Walgreens a 3.5, but the system won't allow it. That said you have to visit this location during off peak hours, otherwise it will push your buttons! During peak hours, there is always a long line at the pharmacy-inside and out! I've also witnessed some foul language/convo amongst the younger cashiers, during peak hours, when they tend to work. It's also not the most well stocked store. I do love the 24-hour access... read more

The employees are rude and the lines are long. I've waited 3 hours for prescriptions and then been told they can't get it until Monday. They also get an attitude about kids in the store. I am taking my business to CVS or Rite-Aid. read more

I've waited over 30 minutes online for a prescription that was called in over 4 hours ago.

I truly love Walgreens. The staff is polite and the managers go far and beyond to make me happy. When you do have a problem trust me the managers will try to resolve it quickly. I've been a customer for over two years and have no plans on to switching. The sales are great and one and final comment , the pharmacy is over the edge. read more

I just left Walgreens in Clinton after I spent over 15 minutes waiting for the pharmacist come to th drive up window. During the whole time I waited he refused to come to the window or even look at the window and he just continued putting medicines in bags and checking his computer. He ignored the call button and did not pick up the phone, so it just rang. His assistant called me on the intercom and said "We Are Coming" and she continued to fill other prescriptions and he was doing. At first there was no one waiting inside and 2 customers came and they ignored them as well and you could see they got pissed as well. The Pharmacist didn't even speak to them. After 15 minutes of waiting and watching 2 cars behind me pull off, the Pharmacist came to window and that was only after I resorted to tapping on the window. The first thing he said was sorry but there were other customers waiting. There were no customers when I pulled up and got ignored, and I told him that. I also told him he was a poor representative for the store. This was 11:30 pm on 1 October. Unfortunately, Rite Aid was bought out by Walgreens and I have no choice with the lousy performance by disrespectful employees. The next close Walgreens is mile away. read more
