I'm not sure if I got lucky, because on the website it says you can schedule an appointment and I can understand why because the space is small. (Mostly just a counter and then whoever is working can help you based on what you're looking for.) The shop smells so good by the way - clean, with the most fragrant candle scents. My first order I just picked up in the shop but my second order I placed online. As it turns out, they were waiting for a delivery that would arrive in about 10 days for my purchase. On that date, I was wondering if my bundles had arrived and before I even had a chance to check the owner gave me a call to update me that the shipment had been delayed but that she will give me an update on the Friday before my appointment (which was the following week) so that she could help me plan. Like clockwork, she gave me a call that Friday and then again the Monday when my order actually arrived. She was kind enough to also have my order Ubered to the salon for convenience, and as so professional and communicative every step of the way. When someone's words align with their actions consistently, it builds trust and that's been my experience so far with the business. The owner even texted me to update me when my original desired order was back in stock - now that is customer service. I'll definitely continue to support!

I explained that my stylist was on vacation and I need someone to do my hair. She kindly told me her prices and policies as well as able to book me as her first client the next morning!. When she washed my hair I was almost ready to dump my boyfriend . I asked for waves so it could last me over The Weeknd and she did just that. She was so polite and the area was very personal. I had radiation and had a bold spot. Tech came to my home 2 hours late, I missed treatment appointment, came with the wrong color & type of hair. I had an important dinner to go to. As a temporary fix, I found an old wig. Tech cut it up and literally glued it to my head. She had zero idea how to blend or cut hair. I cried for 2 days. She took the last of the money I had and I paid a tip. All together $450.00 I have contacted them asking to refund my money or fix the issue & received no resolution. Scam!
