I was asked to come in early, which I couldn't do, and rather than reschedule my appointment to attend to her personal matters, she kept my appointment and the results were a disaster!!! In between highlighting my hair and not paying attention to what she was doing, she was going back and forth to the back office, making phone calls and then coming back to my chair, enraged at her son and pulling on my hair at the same time. As much as I felt compassion for her, it was a horrible and painful experience for me. I had informed her that I wanted less hair highlighted and she did more--taking in rows of hair rather than weaving it. At the point of removing the foils and washing the hair, I had to admonish her for aggressively pulling out the foils with a greater degree of intensity and pain.
