Terrible. No one cares anymore. Workers do bare minimum. Came in looking for a product. Asked three workers. Three different answers of where they "thought" it would be. All three incorrect. Online said (8) in stock. Back in the day employees places knew where stocked items were and if they didn't walked with you to find it for you. This place sucks. read more

The employees here are friendly but the pharmacy is consistently understaffed. It's not unusual to wait in line for 25+ minutes to pick up a prescription because there's only 1 person working the counter. There Is always a long line at the pharmacy so clearly they service a ton of people. Given the demand, it would be nice to see more staff working, especially in the evenings after work hours. I feel for the pharmacy staff that's always working, this is clearly a larger issue for management. read more

Wow, this pharmacy has gone downhill... lines to the pharmacy counter around the aisle. Techs wandering aimlessly behind the counter. One particular tech was lost trying to find prescriptions for people. I was 4th in line and waited 20 minutes. They didn't have my presciption ready and told the lady in front of me to come back tomorrow, after she'd come back a second time. What happened to this place? I went to Walgreens to purchase a Phillips Sonicare toothbrush. I brought one with me and a coupon to save $4. I did not find one at the outset and asked for a manager. A young manager knew nothing about refills for electric toothbrushes. She asked for the brand, and I told her it wouldn't matter. I then told her it was Sonicare. She said I had to have the brand. Not necessarily, Walgreen's might have had one to match. She obviously knew nothing about replacement toothbrushes,and walked away, so I left the store to find it somewhere else. She is a very young, inexperienced and unknowledgeable manager. I would not ask her for help with anything. The entry level staff is unprofessional and poorly trained. read more

Hooray for Walgreens! These places always seem to have that one thing you need. If you're looking for a general store, this is the best chain in the country. I picked up some Halloween themed hot chocolate and cider here just last night and kept it under ten bucks. There's always something I need here and usually at a reasonable price. This Walgreens location (the one most local to me) has never given me any reason to be upset with it. Full Disclosure: I have never had to get medications through here or had to deal with the pharmacy in any way..I mostly come here for random picture developing and to pick up random convenience items when I don't feel like battling the crowds at Kroger. There's nothing really great or awful about this place. It's older and the slightest bit run down..but they're usually fully stocked in what I am looking for. They keep the appearance of the store pretty clean for what they're working with. For the most part the employees are pleasant. They do sometimes wait a bit to long to throw someone else on the registers when a line starts forming..but it's never too awful. So yeah, just overall an A-OK location..ha. read more

Watch out for your money here and ALWAYS ask for a copay card as well as asking when the copay card is valid. I was over charged over twice as much as my prescription would have been had the pharm tech or pharmacist bothered to tell me that the copay card would be valid if I waited a day to pick up my prescription. I will be transferring my prescriptions to my old Walgreens on Mitchell Ave where they cared enough about their patients to check on these things and make their customers aware. As someone who works in the industry, I'm surprised that there wasn't better customer service and attention to detail that would have saved $$ for their customer. read more

The pharmacy at this location is incredibly slow. The technician could have a care in the world and the pharmacist seems irritated to have to do any work at all. This location is the closest to my home but I would rather drive 5-10 minutes further just get better service. read more

This Walgreens hands down has the worst pharmacy ever. The staff is rude, there is ALWAYS a line of three or more people. They couldn't care less about their customers and I actually get a smidge of anxiety depending in which person with their chip on their shoulder is going to ring me up. I have complained locally and to corporate.... no changes. I would change my pharmacy entirely, but it's too much work as I unfortunately am on several different prescriptions prescribed by several different providers. It's comical to me that the coworkers behind the counter I'm more concerned about complaining about bad work conditions then taking care of the people in line that I have to hear them complain. read more

I like this Walgreens A LOT...they have everything! The staff is friendly and does a good job of greeting you when you enter the store. The pharmacy staff is very helpful. The location is convenient and finding parking is usually not too difficult. read more

Pharmacy is great! Helpful and efficient! Never had any issues there. The employees try to save you time and money when they can. Most of the time when customers complain, they don't realize what they are upset about are out of the pharmacy's hands. read more

had placed an order an expensive non prescriptive probiotic from Walgreens. Happened to be shopping at Krogers and asked them about the cost just to be sure all was in the ball park. Turns out they were 7% cheaper. Asked Walgreens, which handles 3 prescriptions already, if they would meet price on it. They were not interested, despite my long term relationship with them. There must not be much profit in my prescriptions, so I guess I will just use Krogers going forward. read more
