The office itself and staff are great , the location is not the last few times I went the parking situation is bad they should offer members free parking , it is across from a court house which has many sketchy people daily . This was my first experience with Juvly and at this point I do not plan on going again or recommending their services to anyone. I booked what I thought was the HydraFacial only to get there and be told they no longer work with the HydraFacial brand and therefore don't have any of the booster options available. If I had known this I would have booked elsewhere. The aesthetician, Elise was great. I just was unable to get the service I was looking for. Had I known this, I would have gone to a different medical spa or a facial bar in located minutes away. Post facial I got an email from Juvly and I decided to share my disappointment. Kai emailed me back but offered nothing besides an apology and saying "I will personally reach out to our Master Aesthetician, Elise, and our management team to investigate your concerns and ensure that all clients receive accurate information about our services. We are committed to your satisfaction and want to make sure that we are meeting your expectations. Let's start with their ridiculous fee of $50 if you can't cancel in time and another $50 (or $80? Depending on some of their site info) late fee. Then there is the time constraint they put on the Juvly employees. The woman who did my lip filler was rushing because she didn't see the notification I had arrived (on time, mind you). She was hurrying to finish and time should be taken to do lip filler correctly. She was pressing my lips so hard to get the bleeding from the injections to stop as quickly as possible (not necessary, it wasn't that much) that my teeth were in pain all day. Another issue was the innacurate website info. I had researched a particular filler from the site and when I got there they said they no longer carried that filler. I had no choice but to pick something else that I had had no time to research beforehand. My lip filler turned out just fine but I would not recommend this chain. I would only recommend going here if you have a totally open schedule where there's no chance of canceling or being late. Or if you can't afford to go elsewhere, as the prices here are cheaper than other lip fillers in the city. And with the voucher it's even cheaper. read more

After my disappointing first experience on my birthday here, I will never return. I had scheduled an appointment in advance and arrived 15 minutes early. Even so, I waited an additional 30 minutes past the scheduled start time before finally deciding to leave as every new person who walked through the door was taken back before me. I had enough when a woman who just arrived was taken back. While waiting a total of 45 minutes (15 minutes of which are on me for arriving early), there were at least 3-4 employees chatting with each other upfront at any given time. When I approached them halfway through waiting about how much longer they would estimate it to be, their response was "hopefully she'll be done soon." NOT 'let me check to see', or 'I apologize for your wait', or any other acceptable professional response. Additionally, when I decided I had waited long enough, I told them on my way out that I will not be back and this has been an awful experience. No apology or reasoning was given of course, as this is apparently how they conduct their everyday operations. Overall, this whole experience exuded disorganization and a lack of professionalism on behalf of Juvly. Unsurprisingly, I will not be returning and I suggest anyone who doesn't want to waste their time, to also take their business elsewhere. read more

Today was my 90 Coolsculpting follow-up, and I have to say, I'll definitely be coming back. I'm not a regular "derma spa" client, but I think that I've found the location that I'd be 100% comfortable visiting on a regular basis. One of the main reasons: the staff. Any question or concern I've ever had (or have), they answer--and in terms that I am able to understand. They don't give false expectations for results, they are honest and transparent and I really appreciate that. It's hard to find a place that doesn't give you the run-around and the "advertising taglines" for all the new products. They don't push anything on me and I feel that any decision I make is fully _my decision_ and I'm as informed as I can be. The front desk girl (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) is just a doll and she was able to answer all the questions I had as well. I really appreciate when the people making schedules are as informed as the technicians. I think it's super important to have as many knowledgeable employees as possible. During my first-ever Coolsculpting appointment, the technician made sure that I was as comfortable as I could be--he gave me a pillow and a blanket, he checked in on me a few times to make sure I was alright... just everything he did was what I'd expect out of a professional--but one who genuinely cares about his clients as if they are his best friends. His attention to detail is what really made me feel special. He wasn't rushing the application process or having me feel like I was just another "time slot" for the day. I didn't feel rushed either. It was a very pleasant experience (minus the stinging of the Coolsculpting machine, but you'll have that anyway). And, what made me feel even more special is that at the end of the procedure, I felt as if I was going to pass out. This was mainly due to the 2-minute "massage" to push any of the nearly-dead fat cells over the edge--that was the most painful part of the entire Coolsculpting experience. To make sure I was alright, the front desk girl (once again, I'm sorry I don't remember your name) came in to sit with me while I ate some "emergency" candy to try and get my blood sugar back up. She didn't seem inconvenienced in the least--she was more than happy to make sure I could safely stand up and that I felt 100% good to go. After seeing how well they take care of clients (I even had a brief conversation with the manager), I decided that signing up for the membership was a good route to take. Now that I'm 31 (eek!) years old, I guess regular maintenance isn't a bad idea? I hope that this $99/month fee pays off like I hope it will, but only time will tell. I'm not the best at pricing what services I think I'd be interested in within the next year, especially since the prices are per unit and I never know how many units a particular service will take (that's what the consultations are for). Overall, I'd definitely recommend Juvly to any friend or family member. read more

My esthetician was great and super kind. She did a fine job. The experience was very poor. The location is in a warehouse type building, there's absolutely zero warmth , they play club music loudly throughout the rooms, lights are bright, floors are wood and damaged. Think the opposite of a zen experience. I was astounded at how loud it was, I was totally unable to relax. Not at all the pampering facial I expected . My experience w/Lisa (nurse practitioner) at newly opened downtown Cincinnati location was outstanding. I have been having Botox and filler treatments for a number of years. I have never had a negative experience, however the treatment that I received at Juvly superseded all of my prior experiences. I am a nurse, so I very much appreciated Lisa's approach both clinically and in regard to her interpersonal skills. She deftly made observations about my prior procedures and then offered suggestions as to how to improve the aesthetic. This type of dialogue(one that centers on a client's appearance and also the abilities of their previous providers) takes skill and finesse. I never asked for under eye Botox injections. Never once did under eye even get addressed, as I have no concern in that area. Again I repeat, never once did I ask for or discuss. Too late when the needle is already in your face. As a result I'm six months post appointment with malar bags-fluid pooling on the cheekbone. It's beyond unfortunate, and was unnecessary. Juvly's : the more Botox they inject, the more money they make! Lesson learned the hard way have Botox injected by board certified dermatologists or plastic surgeons as they are the true experts in the use of Botox. read more

Just had the worst experience from provider Victoria at Cincinnati location. In the 20 years that Ive been receiving cosmetic enhancements, Ive never been refused service for a adjustment in which she under injected my top lip, not having listened to what i wanted when she did the treatment a month ago. Shes very argumentative. And thinks i should do what she recommends. Nevermind what i wanted. I am indeed picky and want thinks right and was willing to pay any amount for the correction. I have even credit with the company where i prepaid services. I love juvly employees n website and specials but would not recommend Victoria. I wanted Photofractional laser today also, she turned me down for the procedure as well. Funny she would do Sculptra on me because thats what she wanted to do. And has been trying to push on me since my last visit October 6th. So very unhappy. Not to mention I had a hour drive to the location and have wasted my entire Saturday afternoon. I used a Groupon for my service. I've never been here before so I figured I'd give it a go. There is no off street parking so you'll have to find a meter or a parking garage near by. Walking in I was greeted at the front desk by two lovely ladies and checked in. They use iPads which gives the office a nice modern feel. I was early for my appointment so I was directed to a chair in their lobby area. After a few minutes I was taken back to a room. It was very clean and also had a nice modern feel. Music was playing. This may be a feature to lower anxiety prior to procedures but it was very loud. I waited approximately 20 minutes for the nurse practitioner to see me. When she arrived she asked me several questions about what service I was getting. We spoke in depth about my health and whether or not I would be a good candidate for a chemical peel. She began to tell me I would be a good candidate for another procedure, micro-needling, that is hundreds of dollars more. Sure, that would be nice but that's not what I was there for. After all of the paperwork was signed and a few "before" pictures she asked me how much I would like to peel, alluding to the strength of the peel. I told her I had 5 days off from work and that with a stronger treatment I wouldn't have to worry about leaving the house while my skin was red and peeling. She left the room and returned with the Peel. She explained every step she was performing which was comforting. She first wiped my face with acetone. It smelled awful and because there was no fan or circulation in the room I felt like I couldn't breathe. She then told me the next step was applying the Peel. She used what felt like a wet wipe and went over my face several times. She told me it might be uncomfortable and began fanning my face with her hand. It was not uncomfortable at all. Lastly she applied cream to my face and we were finished. She gave me paper with detailed instructions of what to expect, steps to follow day by day and some cream to use. She recommended some face wash and cream that was I could purchase from the front counter but I declined. I thanked her, tipped her and left. The result lackluster. My face was a little red for the rest of the day. (I turn red when I'm uncomfortable or embarrassed so it was red prior to the procedure and after) but there was no noticeable difference. Juvly followed up with a survey. I answered it honestly. Juvly called me back and inquired about my concerns. After emailing back and forth several times I decided to go in and get the micro needling. Several staff members have had it done and swear by it. This experience was the same top notch service. The NP explained the procedure. She answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. She gave me a detailed sheet of follow up care. I think if you are considering Juvly, I highly recommend it. The employees as well as owners truly care about their clients/patients and want to ensure you are completely satisfied. I had been dying to get Botox or Dysport for some time now and finally decided to go for it a few weeks ago. I went in for my assessment originally and then made my first treatment appointment a few days later with Victoria. I decided to start out with one area because I was very nervous about keeping the "natural" look. I was so impressed with my results, I went back in two weeks later, for a follow-up (where she administered a few more units in an area we left untreated at first and at no cost!!) and more Dysport in another area. Needless to say, I have been so impressed and very happy with my treatment and the results. I was at this location last week for micro needling. They collect payment before your service and upon doing so something "happened" with their computer where I was not prompted to sign. The practitioner Victoria asked for me to check my account to see if it had been processed through my bank. I looked it up and saw it had in fact gone through and showed her. After my service the Office manager Emme came in. She insisted I make another payment. I was so confused. I pulled up my account AGAIN and showed her where is went through on my end. She still persisted and wanted me to pay them again. Bewildered and extremely upset at this point I offered to call my bank so they could speak with a representative directly. I did just that, had the bank on SPEAKER any they once again verified it had been deducted from my account. This woman actually took my phone to speak with this man .. He assured her it went through and we hung up. Would you believe that this woman still was trying to collect double payment after I hung up the phone?? I told her I was not paying for my service twice and she reacted like a teenage little girl not getting her way. This was all incredibly strange and beyond unprofessional. This was the 4th time I've had my lips done and the 4th different business I've gone to and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've had with an injector before. I highly urge anyone not to go here for any sort of injectables! The first time I visited for dysport in my masseater muscle I wasn't able to smile for 4 months because the injection was placed to anteriorly. The second time (should've learned from the first) I asked for sculptra in my cheeks and ended up loosing any definition I had in my face, and received temples pumped full of sculptra!! Not only did this leave me impaired aesthetically, but caused huge bumps to form on my bone (it has been 2 months since I received service and they are still there). Personally, I would recommend doing your research and seeing how long the injector has been doing cosmetic enhancements before choosing one. Just because they are certified medical professionals does not mean they are well versed in med spa services. read more

I started going here in preparation for my wedding. I went in full force with plans for filling every wrinkle and scar I had and was given advice from the skilled women there to try microneedling which saved me both time and money and changed my skin for the better forever. I was struggling with on and off break outs, and out of control blackheads on top of some wrinkling, dryness, etc. The microneedling reset my skin and I was able to get everything else in check which solved the wrinkle issue I went in for in the first place. Their knowledge and expertise improved my skin health and happiness ten fold! I have continued going for monthly services and bi annual microneedling since.
