I visited Juvly as I have a friend who previously had an appointment with them. The place is awesome and the ambiance is very relaxing. I wanted to try their Kybella as I heard so many good reviews about that treatment. Prior to visiting Juvly, I was looking around the town so I can compare the reviews and prices. I wanted to go to a practice who is established and credible so I won't waste any money in the end. Upon checking several practices, I decided to go to Juvly because 1.) I have a friend who had a session with them previously and my friend was very happy with the result. 2.) It seems that they are more budget-friendly as compare to other practices who offer the same services and 3.) Their positive reviews helped me to decide to give it a go so I trusted my friend (who was satisfied with them) and the public too (who gave them lots of positive reviews). I also want to commend Gary for providing an excellent service. He answered all my questions professionally. He also gave me a call and sent me a post-treatment instruction via email after the session to make sure that everything is okay. Overall, I am very happy as to how everything turned out! I booked an appointment on their website to have my lips filler. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate and it's so easy to book an appointment. I went to their office and I was amazed at how friendly and professional they are. One of their staff, Gary, did a great job in answering all my questions and explaining everything. I stepped out of their office around 1 hour past my session and I must say that I really am satisfied with the service that they have provided me. Gary even sent me a post-treatment instruction via email a day after my session to make sure that I will monitor my progress correctly and to know what to avoid or not. This is my first review but I've read on a lot of reviews before giving Juvly a try and their positive reviews really helped me to decide to give it a go. Price is reasonable as well and overall, I am really happy. Though I have yet to wait for a few weeks before I can finally see some changes, but the good thing is, if in case that you're not satisfied with the outcome, they do offer a free complimentary touch up until you have the results and satisfaction that you're looking for. I got Botox injections for the very first time at Juvly Aesthetics in January. I was incredibly nervous about getting them done. Would they look okay? Would they hurt? Would my face freeze? I had so many questions. The receptionist at Juvly scheduled me for a free 30 minute consultant with Lisa who is both an Nurse Practioner and a Master Injector. She put me right at ease and thoroughly explained the Botox procedure with no pressure to buy (really, I swear!). In the end, I got a little over 40 units of Botox in my face. It did not hurt and the whole thing took maybe 10 minutes to complete. Lisa really knows what she is doing! I don't have a frozen look or overarched brows - my face just looks fresher. My deep forehead crease and the lines under my eyes are gone. As a woman who is close to 40, getting Botox has done wonders for my self-esteem. This place is fantastic. So great, that I decided to get a membership. A few months ago, I had my lips filled in by Brandi. I was very nervous, and very concerned about them looking stupid fake. I am a nurse, so of course I was thinking of a lot of things that could go wrong. She was patient and professional and addressed all my concerns. She used a great product that wouldn't swell up too bad (Refyne). I loved how they turned out. So much so, that I wanted to them enhance a little more (5 months later), and of course I went back to Brandi. I am in love with how full my lips look, but still my natural shape. No bruising. This is truly and art to her. She takes her time to make sure you are happy with the finished product. It wasn't completely painless (come on, it's a bunch of needles), but it was definitely tolerable and worth it completely. Just s few tiny stings (and she will warn you when!) I heard about Juvly from a couple of friends who previously had treatment with them. I wanted to improve my uneven lips and my friends asked my to try one of their services. I booked an appointment and went to Juvly with a bit of hesitation and nervousness as it was my first time to try such treatment. The treatment took about 1 hour and after the treatment, I was really happy and impressed with how great they work. After a couple of days, I received a call from Gary to ask how am I doing and also sent me a post-treatment instruction that I can follow during the healing process. For me, that's a great customer service. Not all practices do that, but Gary and the rest of Juvly team did a great job in taking care of me and I'm sure they do the same with all of their clients. I've been to other providers in the Columbus OH area prior to going to Juvly & highly recommend Juvly over any others. I've had spa procedures & botox appointments with several different technicians & every time had consistently good experiences. All the staff is very professional, personable, & excellent in giving you the results that you want to achieve. I also love the convenience of being able to book online & the availability of their appointments-evenings & even sometimes weekends. I don't usually like membership programs but I also recommend their membership which is well worth the savings you get with it. They do not pressure you to join or ever try to sell you anything which is something else I love. If considering any aesthetic procedures I would recommend going to Juvly over any others! read more

I love this place! I stumbled onto Juvly by way of Groupon and had some dysport done... While I was there, I saw some pictures of before and after a restylane and asked Brandi, my esthetician, told me about it, and I decided right there to make an appointment for the next day. I am SO PLEASED with my new lips. I've always had very small and thin lips which have made me feel insecure. Now, my lips are fuller and really pretty without looking like a I have a swimming tube on my face. Brandi was amazing! It wasn't painless, but she was very good at mitigating the pain with her technique and communication, so it wasn't terrible at all. She was so fun and professional!! I have just completed my third treatment of laser micro needling with Melissa. My first treatment was in November so I do not yet see results (takes 6 months for new collagen to form). However, I will say that I really like Juvly. I find them to be responsive and informative and usually on time. Melissa is very thorough and knowledgeable but she is also personable - which is nice because micro needling is a tad painful. She is good at keeping me relaxed yet works quickly so the anaesthetic is still working. I will update in a few months with my expected good results!! read more

Staff is amazing starting with the two ladies working the front desk when I go in. Always smiley and so helpful. I see Katie every few months for microneedling and she is awesome. Very friendly and will guide you on what she thinks is best for the results you want. I Love this place, I've had 7 micro needling sessions, and one resurfx. the resurfx i had with Victoria at the Cincinnati office, she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Juvly is great! Juvly helped me look my best without pushing me to get any treatments against my wishes. (In fact, one provider discouraged me from one, which in retrospect was definitely a good call.)
