They were fairly easy to find located in the strip mall. They are apparently a wholesale supplier who also sells to the public. They had a ton of wigs in stock along with a myriad of other hair care related products. It was quite a large store with fairly narrow aisles. We spoke to the lady at the front counter who got us assistance from one of the other employees. I explained in detail to each of them the circumstances and what we were looking for. The young lady that helped us was able to show us some possible wig choices but we have a problem because of allergies to fabrics and need to find a place that can sew in silk linings. In the end they were able to recommend five places to contact that might be able to assist us further in this matter. We keep pursuing these because we hope to be able to find someplace we can go into in person but so far the only luck we've had is with places that are online where we wouldn't have much knowledge of the product until it arrived. If you are interested in any type of wigs or hair care products this is probably one of the best places you can go in Central Florida.

Unfortunately, the experience made me walk out without buying anything. From the moment I walked in, I felt constantly followed and watched. I couldn't move through the store without another employee immediately approaching me. This wasn't helpful customer service -- it felt like being stalked, and it became extremely uncomfortable and annoying. Offering help is fine, but being on top of customers in such an excessive way is not. It completely took away from the shopping experience. Because of this, the store lost three guaranteed sales, and I chose to shop elsewhere. I won't be returning to this location unless there's better training on how to assist customers respectfully and without hovering.

Personally I'm only really looking for products to help with my beard and the problems I have with my scalp. And this occasion when we stopped in for my oldest to pick up a couple things they showed me where the men's products were. While I was looking one of the employees came over to see if they could assist the two of us. I referred my child first and they helped them find what they were looking for. Then I ended up talking to them about products for my beard. They do have beard oils and bombs but I didn't like any of the scents in the men's department. The salesperson explained that she could put any of their sense in the beard oil. I wondered about a bit and checked some of the bars of soap to see what some of the scents were like and we talked about some of the things that I've been interested in. She recommended one and while the three of us were talking she mentioned that they can combine different scents and they have one that smells just like Trix cereal. They only have smaller bottles for the oil but I decided to give this one a try. Once she had it made you realize it really does smell just like the cereal. Pricewise they are right in line with pretty much every other place I have dealt with for beard oil. I was told they can also put the different sense in their beard balm and that will probably be my next purchase. We also talked about some other possible scents and she said she could work with me and stuff to come up with something different. After wandering the store I have some definite interest in trying some new creations. The stores aren't that big but they're easy to get around in and well laid out. The employees are extremely helpful and they have a good variety of products to choose from. If you buy their laundry detergents you can get discounted refills if you bring the containers back in. I suppose the only downside to stores like this is if you have trouble with odors at all it can be difficult to even walk in the door. I was lucky in that it wasn't that bad for me.
