Our first time purchasing a Jo Malone scent and we left very happy and satisfied!…read more I booked an appointment a month before since we are not normally in this area. I had learned about this complimentary "scent your wedding" which I thought was so great to figure out a scent for my fiancé and I for our wedding in the new year. The other closest boutiques are in Tampa and Miami for us and being that we were going to be in the area for the weekend for our engagement photos, it was just another great memory to add for this weekend. Deja was our scent stylist, she was very sweet, personable, and very professional explaining everything in detail, what we should expect, the etiquette of how to wear, describe how each scent was, what each scent was made of and much more, we specifically loved how we did not feel rushed at all, which is why I made this appointment because we wanted to take our time picking the perfect scent. My fiancé never owned a cologne before because he has a sensitivity to certain smells and colognes in the past have felt too strong for him to wear everyday or even on special occasions which is why it made it extra special that he found a perfect one that he loved enough for our special day and going forward. We thought we would end up picking one cologne to wear together since their scents are unisex (I love that about Jo Malone) - however we both ended up picking our own scent to wear individually and absolutely I love how they blend in together (they can be layered) As a 2026 Bride to be, I would definitely recommend doing this for your wedding or a special occasion, it was fun and special. They make it even more special by engraving the cap and bottle for you! Deja I will definitely be back to do my hand and arm scrub and will send some friends your way!

Jo Malone is my favorite fragrance house and the Disney Springs store is my favorite location. Can…read moreI buy something similar at duty free? Yes. But they don't have all the offerings and scents. Each year I have a conference for work in Orlando and look forward to visiting Disney springs and this store. I hate to see the negative reviews people have given. I will say I walk into the store familiar with the brand and have my favorites I go towards. Because of this I have always had a warm welcome. I visited on Mother's Day and was delighted to see they had an in store artist. She painted beautiful art on the two bottles I purchased. I have always wanted to experience this and am grateful I was there! I got a new rose scent as well as a limited beach scent. My other favorites are Velvet Rose and Oud and Orange Blossom. I own several more of the fragrances including limited editions but the two I just mentioned are all time favorites. It's wonderful to layer them with Peony and people always stop me and ask what I am wearing.

The staff is also super sweet and friendly, and happy to assist with recommendations. This store is connected to Scout & Tag, which is equally amazing and goes on forever with so many curated rooms to explore. Definitely plan to spend a good chunk of time here. Trust me, you'll love it.

I brought my oldest here because they are looking at some options for wigs and their hair stylist…read morerecommended this place as a good resource. They were fairly easy to find located in the strip mall. They are apparently a wholesale supplier who also sells to the public. They had a ton of wigs in stock along with a myriad of other hair care related products. It was quite a large store with fairly narrow aisles. We spoke to the lady at the front counter who got us assistance from one of the other employees. I explained in detail to each of them the circumstances and what we were looking for. The young lady that helped us was able to show us some possible wig choices but we have a problem because of allergies to fabrics and need to find a place that can sew in silk linings. In the end they were able to recommend five places to contact that might be able to assist us further in this matter. We keep pursuing these because we hope to be able to find someplace we can go into in person but so far the only luck we've had is with places that are online where we wouldn't have much knowledge of the product until it arrived. If you are interested in any type of wigs or hair care products this is probably one of the best places you can go in Central Florida.

I explained my situation to the store manager (whose makeup was incredible) and she recommend a product, shade matched it (she was very picky about choosing the perfect shade) and she gave me a sample along with her recommended primer. I had a few more things I was searching for and she helped me find them while enjoying pleasant conversation. She was an absolute sweetheart. The other Sephora employee ended up ringing me up and was very patient when my phone was glitching in the process of getting my insider card pulled up. Based on this experience, I would recommend this Sephora to all.

Well, I did walk out with a lipstick thanks to outstanding service by Silvia, who took care to explain the perfume and lipstick line-up to me. You can select any case ($38) from a range of designs and any Rouge G lipstick shade ($42), which is the lipstick line that pairs with the case. It includes complimentary engraving of your name on the mirror. Going forward, you can keep buying refills of any Rouge G shade for the case. Silvia was a lovely person to meet and work with. She even guided me on grabbing a video of the lipstick case engraving. I LOVE the lipstick. It's a beautiful color, slightly fragrant and stays on well.

Guerlain, Guerlain, Guerlain! Oh, how I love thee! As another reviewer pointed out, there are…read moreonly a handful of stand alone Guerlain shops in the United States and this is one of them. That's the reason they get 4 stars. The one and only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the sales people here can be extremely snobbish. This shop is located in the France Pavilion at Epcot's World Showcase. For those not familiar with Guerlain, it's pretty expensive. The make-up is actually a touch more expensive than Chanel. If you have money to spend here and intend on spending it, the sales staff are so kind and will kiss your ass. However, when they get the idea you won't be dropping dollars here, they'll snub you pretty quickly. The Guerlain powder beads are amazing and come in a beautiful round box. I love them and can't live without them. Highly recommend. I also really love their lipsticks and their lip glosses. The glosses will only run you about $30 each, but the lipsticks run about $50 each. If ever you want to splurge on make-up just once in your life, get one of their lipsticks. They come in the most beautiful silver cases that open up with a mirror. I am not fond of their mascara or their pencil eyeliner. I will never buy the mascara again. It gets caked up at the opening and I end up with mascara all over my hands whenever I use it. The pencil eyeliner is ok, but it can be difficult to put on because it is not very smooth. In all honesty, MAC eyeliner is better because it goes on like butter. I do like their eyeshadow. It is easy to work with and stays put. I have a couple of their quads, but I do have to say I prefer Chanel eyeshadow. That's just a personal preference... no real reason. I don't even want to talk about the obscene amount of money I dropped on the skin care line here because I bought it all. Before I turned 40, I was determined to start taking care of my skin. Ya know, trying to stop that whole aging process thing. Do you know I haven't used it once... seriously... not once! When we have the money and I drop obscene amounts of money and actually use the items, my husband doesn't bitch. However, here several years later, he still gets onto me about all the Guerlain skin care items I have and don't use. LOL Guerlain is very well known for their fragrances for both men and women. They have them all here, and they have testers out for them all for you to try. Prices are pretty standard for the fragrances... around $70-$100 per bottle. You won't be snubbed just for walking in and looking around. But if you take up a lot of their time and don't buy anything, they do get rude pretty quickly. Maybe it's because they are French? After all, the rudest people I have ever encountered in the world were in Paris. Shrug

She grabbed a box that I had not checked because I trusted her. She engraved my name of on the bottle and even boxed it back up and had me pay for it. I was happy with my purchase until I arrived home in Houston Texas from Orlando Florida. The fragrance was the complete wrong perfume and it even had my name on it. Upon checking the receipt I realized that the receipt had a stamp that says All Sales Final, despite the fact that I was not told this upon purchasing. This is not the worst part. I have reached out to the Guerlain online store via email, text, and by call just to be informed that I cannot make any exchanges or refunds for the correct fragrance that I wanted. She recommended that I visit the boutique again by buying a 300$ plane ticket and paying the 250$ park admission fee. On top of this, I tried to contact the Epcot boutique via phone and the phone number will lead you to Disney's service line that has assistants that will send you on a goose chase between phone numbers that lead to the same assistance line. This experience has been terrible and now I am stuck with a 200$ perfume that I didn't even ask for. The thing that makes me the most mad is the that I could have purchased the fragrance for half the price at a discounter site like fragrance-net although the reason I purchased for full price at a boutique was to ensure that I would be protected from situations like the one I am currently in. Double check every purchase and do not ever count on Guerlain's customer service. You will be permanently screwed if you do.
