Store is very poorly run as far as the pharmacy I was on hold for almost 30 minutes then they hung up on me. I will be looking for a different pharmacy for sure. I went into the store the next day after being on hold for an hour. I asked the pharmacist about the wait. She said they were not answering the phone, between being a short staffed and giving vaccinations they had no one to answer the phone. I can understand that but either change the phone message or have the phone answered someplace else. I have to speak to them to get my prescription due to how Walgreens handles the prescription. read more

We have been getting our scripts filled here for over a year and dealt with the long waits, the curious ready notifications immediately before closing, and the rude behavior of the pharmacists because it was close to our home. Yesterday was the final straw. Our daughter has been getting the same script for over a year but requires a new script each time. The script was called in Tuesday and put into "under pharmacist review". I didn't babysit it this time and let it do its thing. It finally went into "in process" status Friday. Saturday morning I went into the store to pick up another script and spoke with the pharmacy tech, asking if there were any blockers to getting it filled that day (explaining that due to the delay she had her last dose that morning). They confirmed there were no delays, the medication was in stock, and to come back after 2pm. Not ideal to have to come back, but ok. At noon the script went back into pharmacist review, so I called to make sure there were no issues. After being on hold for 10 minutes, she told me that the medication is not in stock, they won't be able to order it until at least Monday, and could not give an estimate of when it would come in. To expect anyone to go without their meds due to sitting on it for 5 days is ridiculous, let alone no apology or remorse for the delay. Enough is enough. We are moving our scripts to another pharmacy. They can keep their negligence, rude attitude, and delays. read more

Unfortunately I know better than to visit the pharmacy. I had purchased a product that was supposed to be dispensed via a small pump. It did not work so I exchanged it for the same product. It was very easy to do. Instead of driving home, I decided to break my way through the plastic even though I did not have a blowtorch with me. Once I was able to retrieve the product, I could not get it to dispense. This time, I decided to exchange it for another product. Unfortunately, technology did not like that - it would not allow a return on a return and it would not allow the original receipt since it had been used. I had to wait for about 5 minutes for the supervisor, but he was more than happy to help me out. read more

Slowest pharmacy on earth! Been in line several times and ran out of time and had to leave. And I am here again waiting. Each car is a 10-15 minute wait, so cars just leave the line, over and over. You can wait at the window forever. They didn't even acknowledge you're there. read more

This pharmacy has become useless. They simply cannot fill a prescription in a reasonable amount of time. It literally takes them DAYS longer than it should! Need a same-day prescription? Not at this store- you will be left to suffer instead. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. read more

I called to check on a prescription. Dan answered and said, we don't accept refills for controlled substances. I said since when as they'd trefilled it before. He said,"I've worked here for 2 years and we don't do that." T10 or so minutes later I checked my emails and it had been filled the day before. They had the antibacterial pads I needed to dress his wounds. The store was busy but they had enough associates working. And the associate who rang me up also told me to use my rewards when possible as they expire. I appreciated this reminder as the last store didn't let me know and I had $10 which might have lost out on. read more

Last 2 times I've had a doctor pick this location to get medicine for immediate needs, this location says "of, we ordered that and it should be here in 3-4 days" WTH happened to pharmacies having what you need when you need it. Do doctors now need to shop around to see which pharmacy has medication in stock ?!! read more

There is something fundamentally wrong with the pharmacy at this location. I don't know if it's just managed poorly or if they have resource constraints that other Walgreens pharmacy's don't have, or if the issues can be solved through training on customer service and product delivery. Filling a prescription anywhere else takes 10-15 minutes. Here it takes a couple of days. You have to guess when the pharmacy will be open. Times are not listed anywhere and are subject to change on a whim. If you have medication that is important or timely, please for your own health, go somewhere else. read more

I need to fill a prescription and am out of town so I can't do it in person. They put me on hold for AN HOUR. To the point where I gave up because I had other things to do in the day than stay on hold for my medicine. Medicine I NEED btw. Absolutely appalling! read more

The staff here is amazing, Walgreens needs to stop understaffing. Drive thru should mean speedy. If someone's pick up is taking more than 10 minutes they don't belong in the drive thru, not after 5 min. Take a que from effective fast food drive thrus, once you know it's going to be longer ask them to park & come inside to keep it moving. One person shouldn't be sitting at the window for 20 min. Then more ppl will want to use the drive thru, more will get thru quickly & maybe less long line inside once it's noticed by customers. I go drive thru b/c it's almost closing after work & I need my controlled substance I was out of & just had my Dr appt for my refill today so I seriously need it before closing. read more

Great! This Pharmacy was one of the few open during a big winter storm. They were able to transfer my prescription from another pharmacy that was closed and have it ready to pick up in 15 minutes. I really appreciate the staff! They were helpful and friendly! read more

Absolutely horrible. Management needs to be changed ASAP. I have never experienced such horrific customer service. They don't pick up the phone, don't refill prescriptions (urgent ones!) on time, when they do pick up, they "accidentally" hang up on you and you have to go through waiting for a rep for another 45 minutes. The employees are apathetic, uncaring, unaccomodating. When we complained to the public relations department, they said they would get back to us and they did not follow through. Prescriptions should take 5-10 min to fill, not days! Especially urgent ones. read more

Terrible customer service and just the rudest pharmacy technicians to deal with. Caley I believe her name is or something to that sound, told me today I was welcome to find another place to fill my RX's in the future. She said her East Coast upbringing could be why she comes off in a manner that seems rude to me. Her "I'm sorry if you feel this way..." You know the standard not my fault, passive aggressive way of attempting an apology. Every month I see a physician for chronic conditions, auto immune issues that have no cures and every month I get the same medication filled AND EVERY MONTH they treat the RX's like they are crack cocaine. "They have laws" Yes I realize this, but it is the delivery of their message and they rudeness in they way they deliver the reasons why one RX or another is not being worked on and others are. They literally wait until the last minute to fill certain ones and thy know they do. I am just tired of being treated so rude. If you do not like being in a customer service related field, why not find another job? This time I recorded our conversation so I can share it with my Dr. so he can see just what I deal with every month. I told her I was recording her and told her I would share it with Walgreen corporate and maybe she would be looking for a new job. She said "I doubt it!" That is just the entitled attitude these technicians at this location exhibit all the time and what they pass to customers when dealing with them. I've watched them with other customers when picking up and it really is terrible. I guess I will start shopping around for a different pharmacy and I suggest anyone reading this do the same. I decided to call Walgreens Corporate and file a case. I am tired of not holding people accountable for their bad actions. Anyone else feel the need to do so...here is that # 1800-925-4733. The pharmacy used to be great, but something happened and it is now the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. It took 6 days for them to fill a simple prescription. This isn't anything new either. Anytime any member of my family needs a prescription filled this is the turn around time we experience. My favorite is how we go through the drive through after four days and are told it won't be ready for another 3-4 hours. We come back 6-7 hours later and it's still not ready. When asked when it will be ready they say another hour and give attitude like you're burdening them. The best part is it seems to take on average 10 minutes a car in the drive through. I think I'll start to look for a new pharmacy given how slow they are. read more

Worst pharmacy techs I've ever encountered!!! I went to pick up a prescription after feeling like crap all week. My Dr. said that it should be ready an hour and a half prior to when I went through the drive-thru. I know they have been perpetually slow in filling prescriptions, so thought I should be alright. When I got to the window to pick up, I was told that it wasn't ready. As a matter of fact, they hadn't even started filling it. This was after I waited in the drive thru line for 20 MINUTES!!! When I let the tech know that my Dr. had said that I could pick it up an hour and a half prior, I was rudely told," Well your doctor doesn't work here and shouldn't tell you when it's going to be ready"! The tech was very b$&@hy in the manner that she said it also. I didn't get her name, but she had glasses and shoulder length curly brown hair. Can't believe how people display a lack of customer service like that and still have a job! read more

Been using this walgreens pharmacy for years but over the past year or so it has gotten so bad. The customer service is terrible, the staff gives an attitude and makes you feel like your inconveniencing them. Also they are so SLOW to refill prescriptions. I requested one be filled last Friday (on the app-because it said it was time to refill) and yesterday I received a notification on the app that action was needed and to call the pharmacy. I called 6+ times and waited 30 mins plus on hold and never got through to anyone. Then at 11am I decided to go by there and see if I could get it sorted out. I get there and the tech (who seemed bothered with everyone) re-entered the prescription and said it would be ready later in the afternoon I said perfect thank you. In the app it said it would be done by 2pm. Well I kept checking the status on it in the app and its now the next day and its still not done. Really considering switching pharmacies read more

The pharmacy is horrible. I've been patient now for months. When you tell me my prescription will be ready at 11:00, I get there at 3:30 and oops, now it will be ready tomorrow, unacceptable! My time is precious too so extend the same courtesy and let me know it's not ready. They don't care. read more

Worst place ever I'm on blood thinners after having a pulmonary embolism just a month ago. Tried to refill my prescription which was sent a week ago from my doctor and they just ignored it then when I called they said it would be ready in a few days and I even got a email saying it was ready and to pick up. I went there 2 different times and they said it's not ready and to come back the next day. Went the next day and still don't have it so it's been now a few days with out this medication and hopefully I don't end up back in the ICU or worse . This is a serious thing and can be life threatening and it's like they don't care and even got scolded by the pharmacist when I told her tech this could kill me being with out this medication read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst. Prescriptions are seldom filled on time and often out of stock. They have been critically understaffed for the last several months, often having to close their drive-though because they don't have the staff to operate it. Also, you can't get through to them on the phone as their phone system seems to be always broken. Although this location is convenient for me, I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

This pharmacy is now worthless! I've used them for years and it went from a place I knew would take care of my RXs to a place that has turned their phones off!! No way to call. I have a broken neck and they want me to continue to go in the store to resolve a problem. My physician even tried to get ahold of them to no avail! Unacceptable!! It's taking DAYS to fill RXs now. The attitude of the techs and pharmacists is also terrible. To the point I dread having to go in there. If I could give this pharmacy and store a 0 I would. Even before COVID, the pharmacy was a mess. Long line both inside and out, and they appear to just be incredibly disorganized. Now, pharmacy workers are allowed to wear hoodies covering their faces, and their lack of professionalism, customer service and any indication of friendliness makes this pharmacy one to avoid. If you make an appointment for a shot, be prepared to wait 45 minutes plus past your appointment time to finally get in. When we spoke with the manager to discuss some of our many concerns after our latest visit, he was terribly condescending, unhelpful and it was clear where the store's bad attitude originated. While this store/pharmacy location is convenient, we will now be driving many miles further just to avoid this store. Hard to find any redeeming qualities and how they are allowed to operate this way is astounding. read more

Was waiting in the pharmacy drive through line for about 20 minutes. There were two cars in front of me. The car right in front of me after about 10 minutes, backed up and left. I was about to do the same but then waited for another five minutes. I then left the line and looked through the window and saw that the pharmacist and the person in the car were just talking for 15+ minutes. after the pharmacist made eye contact with me, I made a circle and went back in line so that she was aware that there were customers waiting in line. I waited for about five more minutes to see if the person at the window would be done but they were not. I have somewhere to be so I now have to come back tomorrow even though I need in my prescription by tonight. read more

The pharmacy at this store has very poor customer service. On more than one occassion I have waited in line while clerks seem completely unaware of my presence. One time I overheard them making fun of clients. They just seem to wander aimlessly between the foot and car customers. I will take my prescriptions elsewhere from now on! read more

Why did the pharmacist have to be rude when I asked where I might find a product? I was in pain and he was not helpful. I'm sure my Rx was overpriced, but didn't have the energy to fight it any longer. The young lady "Pharmacy Tech" turned out to be a sweet girl, but I will NOT go back to fill an Rx. I would like to thank April in the Pharmacy. I'm on vacation and needed a prescription. Not having insurance at the moment it was going to cost me $200. She took the time to look up different options I had and there was a manufacturers program that I was able to join that saved me over $150. It's not like she helped out a regular customer. She just is a nice and helpful person. I hope the managers have taken notice. Thanks April! read more
