This Walgreens has some of the worst organization I have ever seen. The lady that works there was so rude and even mixed up the photos I had order after making me wait for over an hour past the time of the initial pick-up. The woman working the photo center needs to genuinely reconsider working in customer service. Not only was she extremely rude when I tried to go get my order, and complained about having to do her job the whole time, she made me wait 45 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready. She then proceeded to give me the wrong order. When I went back to get my correct order, she was very short and pissy. Would be better off going to Walmart. read more

Be aware of insurance fraud. Multiple times I've filled a prescription that is usually $10 and they've tried to charge $50+. They said my insurance has changed and then backtracked and mentioned it's a new deductible (because it's currently January). None of this is true since my insurance renews July 1. Additionally, the wait times are absurd (40+ minutes) and the staff is extremely rude. Good luck getting through to a pharmacist on the phone... you'll be on hold for 30 minutes and an additional hold for 20 before you're hung up on. read more

I'm done with the waits and people that don't care. Today I visited 3 times in attempt to pick up a prescription that I know was ready. Twice, I waited 30 minutes at the drive through pick up window with no one in front of me, each time and had to leave before I was helped. In the past I've waited out there, then gone in only to find they were closed for a holiday and left the lights on and didn't hang a sign. This isn't a new problem for this Walgreens. It's long waits every time i get a prescription. Last March, I was in line so long that I laid on the floor and watched a movie on my phone, sick. Let me first say this is my first negative review to post as I know how damaging it could be for a business. But with that said - DO NOT try to fill prescriptions here. It is an absolute joke every single time. They rarely answer their phone, and when they do, you'll be on hold for 30+ minutes and finally just get hung up on. In-person is just as bad with insanely long lines, especially at the drive thru. It could be they are short staffed, but this nonsense has been going on for years. just now Get your photos printed here! I had 25 mini canvases, 5x7 and 4x6 photos printed. Ty and Yahaira are the best. They are professional, customer service oriented, knowledgeable, kind and talented. Stacey (GM), they deserve a raise! I cannot thank them enough for their attention to detail and communication. They only had a 11 mini canvases in stock so they special ordered (during Corona) 14 more mini canvas for me. They informed me it could take up to two weeks to receive the additional mini canvases. It took two weeks, but they both called me to give me updates over those two weeks. The 11 mini canvases/photo enlargements were done within 24 hours. I was able to pick them up the following afternoon just in time for Father's Day. I wanted to do something with my travel photos; and happened to be looking online when Walgreens popped up. I saw they had 4x6 mini canvases along with a great promo deal 60 percent off. Always check the website for the best photo deals not the app. The quality of the printing and mounting of the canvases is unreal. I don't know how they make them look so perfect. Over the past 2 years, this Walgreens cannot keep staff. The staff is friendly and nice but under trained. Corporate needs to send them more help, pay them better and hire more staff. My brother used to be a manager for Walgreens for 8 years until they became super corporate and then it was all about the bottom dollar NOT the friendly local neighborhood pharmacy anymore. I was sick from Monday with flu like symptoms. I made an appointment to get a covid / flu test for $128.00 on Thursday at 11:45AM Showed up on time to find a note on the pharmacy that it was closed till noon and they would not be having any testing or inoculations. Walgreens, my personal favorite drug store. I can walk right in and get the essentials my family needs in a jiffy. My youngest son bought Sour Patch Mangos. They tasted like grass clippings. Beside the point. Something I noticed about this particular Walgreens was that you have to pay 0.10$ for a paper bag. My child, was then disappointed because he didn't have the money to get a bag. I then took out my wallet and donated 0.10$ for the bag. I am saddened. read more

Just stopped by to pick up some printed photos while we were in town. Astonished by the rudeness of one of the staff members. Blonde woman, 55-65yo at a guess who was working the photo counter. We got in line at the photo counter as seemed logical, only to be snapped at by the employee described that we had to get in the general queue further down the store. Sure, we were in the wrong queue, but there are ways to not be rude while clarifying the information. In addition the colour on the photos is not quite right. Something up with their printer perhaps? But at 10c a piece we aren't too bothered anyway. Salvaged for two stars due to the friendly and helpful woman who ended up serving us efficiently and politely. read more

Visiting Avon for first time on 8/13/21, needed a few things so went to this Walgreens. Worst Walgreens ever!!! Store was dirty, most shelves were half empty, jumbled and disorganized. Out of bottled water, out of batteries, and no wine. Got in 6 person line to checkout and the Walgreens employee just walked off the register without saying anything!! Returned with her purse and left the store with a friend!!! What happened??? Did she quit, was her shift over??? After about 5 minutes a manager came from the back and finally checked everyone out. Horrible pharmacy and atrocious customer service. Waited in line for over 30 minutes before someone even staffed the pharmacy counter. Went for a Covid test which actually went rather seamlessly but then received an email that evening that my 'prescription was ready". I had no prescription and the email said that my Covid test was ready to be picked up. Since they send it to a lab, I had no idea what that meant. I called 1 hour before closing and was on hold for over 40 minutes with the message always being "There is one person a head of you". Finally gave up and called in am. Again, 30+ minute hold only to be told they have no idea what that email meant and hopefully it was picked up by the lab. My husband has been trying to get a heart medication re-filled for over a week as we are leaving the country. First they give no response or make an attempt to fill it. I finally got ahold of someone who says they are out of stock. Tried again and person was horribly rude and basically said I should just try another Walgreens. A pharmacy staff member actually told me, "This place sucks, you should go someplace else". I will definitely be taking their advice. Spoke to a different company and was treated with utmost respect. read more

The worst managed Walgreens I have ever used. The pharmacy manager, Chris Nelson is rude, excuse giving and condescending to customers. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and no one appeared. I went inside, stood in line and watch as every customer was told they didn't have their product or they hadn't gotten to their prescription. They had mine for 5 days and still it wasn't ready. Their policy is not act on a prescription until the customer asks for it and then they have to come back later for it. I doubt Walgreens has the ability or the commitment to change things at this store. So from this day forward I will always be the customer that got away read more

Do not try to fill a prescription at this Walgreens. They do not pick up the phone. I waited on hold for 35 minutes until someone answered. She said she could help and put me on hold for another 10 minutes and disconnected. I called back and waited on hold for 40 minutes with no answer ever. I called back and spoke with a cashier. This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to!! I have never written a review for any business before. I am extremely frustrated after 5 hours, multiple calls unanswered, 1 visit there waiting in line! I had a prescription called in and went to get it and they said they had not even listened to messages yet today. My doctor was on hold for 20 min and they never picked up to answer her question. I called hours later still they had no order they said. I called and was on hold 16 min and they never answered. Went to this pharmacy three days in a row to pick up my prescription. Waited over 30 minutes each visit. I have never had a problem picking up this prescription at any pharmacy or any problems with insurance. However, these folks were unwilling and incompetent when it came to helping fill this. One women even told me "I told you so." They were unwilling to help and were extremely rude. It got to the point that my pharmacy at home called them 3 times and they became frustrated as well.
