Best gluten free, diary free pizza I have had! It was actually, like, really good! If you've had…read moregluten free, diary free pizza's before, you know that most taste absolutely awful. To be honest, I didn't even want pizza for dinner, and was bracing myself for your typical gluten free, diary free pizza, but I was in for a treat and really glad I tried it! I ordered the gluten free, diary free, egg free crust, with vegan cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and olives. I also got a side of sauce. I placed my order online. After I placed my order, the website said my pizza would be ready in 22 minutes. I really don't know if I arrived early, late, or right on time, but my pizza was ready when I got there. The man behind the counter was very nice and upbeat. He helped me right away. After I paid and got the pizza in my car, I had to open it and sneak a peak (it smelled amazing).....it looked fantastic, just full of veggies!! I got home and opened the pizza, it was still hot. I had two slices and it was fantastic. I was disappointed that I couldn't eat a third, but am excited for leftover pizza later. The gluten free crust was thin and crispy. I am glad I had the extra sauce to dip it in. I will return the next time I am in Vail. PS. I have no doubt the regular crust, regular cheese pizza's are great here if the gluten free, diary free one was great! Enjoy!

It didn't have any sauce... there was a heavy layer of cheese which wasn't great. There were a handful of tomatoes. Margherita I expect a balanced pie with good sauce base. The staff were friendly enough when picking up and the space is small good for pickup or delivery. The pizza is not my favorite giving it two stars because the people were kind and they were the only thing open at night.

We took our charity group of 8 volunteers into this location after a day of skiing. We were using…read moredonated meal vouchers and the manager and staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating. They made us feel SO welcome, included all the extras and joked and laughed with us while preparing the food. The quality of food here is wonderful. Fresh, well made, seasoned and cooked, great options of proteins and carbs, and just some of the best "fast" food I've ever had. My favorite was a bowl with the cauliflower mash, smoked brisket, and guacamole, but others in the group said they had the best steak quesadilla in their lives there. There's also grilled adobo chicken, pulled pork, spicy chulula chicken as well as a vegetarian option. Portions are very generous and provide great value for the price. For between $7-11, you get a full, quality, healthy, fresh, made-from-scratch, delicious meal. Can't beat it! The restaurant was very clean, all the food was hot, and they had enough space to allow us to eat indoors while also social distancing from other guests. The atmosphere was cheerful, even though we later found out that they were short staffed with some managers working double shifts. Honestly, we were blown away by the service, food quality, and overall experience. Felt more like a local "hot spot" than a chain restaurant. We can't wait to go back!!! Keep up the good work, guys! We appreciate you!

The staff appeared to be speaking only Spanish while he was there, which made the experience feel less welcoming. Also, for a restaurant in upscale Vail, I was surprised that public restroom access wasn't available. Had I been the one stopping in, that likely would have been a deal-breaker for me. The food seems good, but the overall customer experience left a lot to be desired.
