Such good customer service everyone was so helpful!!! Small store but had everything I needed!

Buyer beware: check the tags underneath the sale stickers before you check out. I walked into this location fully intending to spend about $300 - $600 on apparel, but I ended up leaving it all on the counter and walking out. While browsing, I found a shirt on the "sale" rack marked with a sale price of $69. Out of curiosity, I peeled back the sticker to see the original price, and the tag underneath said $68. They were fictitiously marketing a shirt on the sale rack for more than the actual retail price. At checkout, I pointed this out and asked for a discount since the item was presented on the sale rack, but they refused. I asked a second time, and they refused again. Instead of apologizing for the misleading pricing, one of the girls at the register made a snarky comment, telling me I could just "pay one dollar less" because that was the sale price--completely ignoring that $68 was just the standard retail price, not a markdown. Because of the deceptive pricing tactics and the rude, dismissive attitude from the staff, I refused to complete my $300 purchase and walked out. Very disappointed with how this store operates. The stock price is leaving franchise owners desperate to keep margins, such as the example above, and I'll be buying Alo out of spite to this transaction. Spending the same amount on Alo, even if I look like a fool, will make me feel better than putting my money towards a company that has a stock price ~50% less a year from today ($118 today - $245 one year ago). You think that stock price is going up being out of style and overpriced? Syke. The desperation shows by the franchise owners is showing, and it's truly sad. I've worn LuLu Lemon for years. Friendly staff and solid selection despite limited store size. Especially liked the Pop Up LuLu just down the street that offered custom Vail heat press on any shirt or sweatshirt - brilliant idea. read more

Friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Not a big store so when it's busy it may get a little crowded. The pop up is well worth a visit, customized Vail logo items, nice. I don't qualify for military discount but love that you offer it. read more

I really like this store. The give a great military discount, and they don't hike up their prices based on location. The prices are the same no matter what store. This location however was split into 2 spots, one for the men's stores, and the main store housed the women's clothing. Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes they get busy and there's not enough to go around. When they are available, they are super helpful and knowledgeable. The product is high quality, and I've never had a problem with anything I've bought from Lululemon. I feel you do get what you pay for, so I will continue to shop here. read more

Staff is super friendly and willing to help. And they had a sale! To be honest, I had no intention of shopping on this trip, but we saw someone walk out with four bags full... so we had to go in. Yep, they were having a sale and my teen had to have their backpacks. Not sure what the regular price is, but she walked out with one for $69 and a big smile. The staff made it an experience :-) funny part is, it's Covid- so she isn't even going into school... but we purchased a backpack. read more

All the girls I talked to were easy to converse with and I'm glad my friend and I stopped in to look around. I found some cute cropped pants and a top that was on sale! Love this location. The ladies who work at the shop are super helpful and friendly. The selection is amazing (I live in NYC and it's just as good as any of our locations). Sales associates incredibly rude and questioned me as to why my teenaged daughters were not out shopping with their friends instead of their mother, WHILE we were on a family trip. My Girls love Lulu, but Vail needs to rethink who is representing them. This is a tourist town and the Mama's bring the money. read more

I downloaded this app just to write this review. Hands down one of the best businesses I have ever walked into. From the ladies helping me look at bags, to the woman who brightened my day chatting while picking out a midlayer- this place understands customer service and treats everyone with respect and care. Today, I brought in a pair of running crops that had gone transparent. They replaced them free or charge with a smile and attention to detail. When I asked about yoga spots in town, they suggested a few great ones and gave me passes for classes. I cannot recommend this store enough for any customer. read more

Rude, stuck up service. Went to this Vail location with a return from a Christmas gift and was lectured on how I should have returned it weeks earlier. Great, I'm sorry. Would have loved to have the time to stop by sooner. Then despite the product having all tags on it and providing the gift receipt, I continued to get lectured on how I didn't bring the right receipt. I should have brought the real receipt, not the gift receipt. Huh? It was a gift...? Most retail stores have come to realize that having reasonable return policies results in customer retention (REI, Patagonia, etc.) Lululemon is not one of these stores. I don't need to hear a lecture on what to do "next time". Overpriced products with bitchy service is not something that makes me want to have a "next time". I'll stick to Athleta and Prana, where customers are treated well. read more

Nearly all of my workout gear is Lululemon and I am just obsessed with the brand. A little less than a year ago, I had bought a Scuba hoodie [which is not cheap at $120+tax], so I was fairly disappointed when my sleeves started getting holes in them and the fabric on my hoodie started wearing out [I followed the washing directions - cold, delicate wash & hang drying]. I called this Lulu store and they were so helpful and told me to come on down and they would exchange it out with no issues whatsoever. And they did just that! They were so friendly and helpful and understanding! And I was in and out with no problems at all. The staff in this store is amazing and they just made me fall in love with the brand even more! read more
