I really like this store. The give a great military discount, and they don't hike up their prices based on location. The prices are the same no matter what store. This location however was split into 2 spots, one for the men's stores, and the main store housed the women's clothing. Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes they get busy and there's not enough to go around. When they are available, they are super helpful and knowledgeable. The product is high quality, and I've never had a problem with anything I've bought from Lululemon. I feel you do get what you pay for, so I will continue to shop here. read more

Staff is super friendly and willing to help. And they had a sale! To be honest, I had no intention of shopping on this trip, but we saw someone walk out with four bags full... so we had to go in. Yep, they were having a sale and my teen had to have their backpacks. Not sure what the regular price is, but she walked out with one for $69 and a big smile. The staff made it an experience :-) funny part is, it's Covid- so she isn't even going into school... but we purchased a backpack. read more

All the girls I talked to were easy to converse with and I'm glad my friend and I stopped in to look around. I found some cute cropped pants and a top that was on sale! Sales associates incredibly rude and questioned me as to why my teenaged daughters were not out shopping with their friends instead of their mother, WHILE we were on a family trip. My Girls love Lulu, but Vail needs to rethink who is representing them. This is a tourist town and the Mama's bring the money. read more

I downloaded this app just to write this review. Hands down one of the best businesses I have ever walked into. From the ladies helping me look at bags, to the woman who brightened my day chatting while picking out a midlayer- this place understands customer service and treats everyone with respect and care. Today, I brought in a pair of running crops that had gone transparent. They replaced them free or charge with a smile and attention to detail. When I asked about yoga spots in town, they suggested a few great ones and gave me passes for classes. I cannot recommend this store enough for any customer. read more

Rude, stuck up service. Went to this Vail location with a return from a Christmas gift and was lectured on how I should have returned it weeks earlier. Great, I'm sorry. Would have loved to have the time to stop by sooner. Then despite the product having all tags on it and providing the gift receipt, I continued to get lectured on how I didn't bring the right receipt. I should have brought the real receipt, not the gift receipt. Huh? It was a gift...? Most retail stores have come to realize that having reasonable return policies results in customer retention (REI, Patagonia, etc.) Lululemon is not one of these stores. I don't need to hear a lecture on what to do "next time". Overpriced products with bitchy service is not something that makes me want to have a "next time". I'll stick to Athleta and Prana, where customers are treated well. read more

Nearly all of my workout gear is Lululemon and I am just obsessed with the brand. A little less than a year ago, I had bought a Scuba hoodie [which is not cheap at $120+tax], so I was fairly disappointed when my sleeves started getting holes in them and the fabric on my hoodie started wearing out [I followed the washing directions - cold, delicate wash & hang drying]. I called this Lulu store and they were so helpful and told me to come on down and they would exchange it out with no issues whatsoever. And they did just that! They were so friendly and helpful and understanding! And I was in and out with no problems at all. The staff in this store is amazing and they just made me fall in love with the brand even more! read more
