My skin was so irritated after skiing for 5 days- it was dry, windburned & sunburned and she took care to use products & services that wouldn't upset my sensitive skin. I originally booked a lyft facial but she recommended the cool beam facial instead! I left feeling great! Tip- go early to use the aquasanitas before your treatment. I went after & it was amazing but wished I went before. I had the spa pretty much all to myself on a Sat night. The ladies areas were clean & relaxing. Have been a member for more than 30 years of the fitness facility. I quit my membership 6 years ago when ownership changed. Re-upped it this year only to discover the same 10 year old stains on the carpets in the locker room, no washcloths, shower caps or other basic amenities and the showers leak and are dirty. Today no towels in the fitness area. So disappointed. Machines may be state of the art but the place is filthy and the amenities are worse than a low end airport motel. read more

This is the third spa I've been to in the area, and it was my favorite! It could easily be a five star, but just had a few little things that could've been better on the day I was there, but they were probably one offs. I booked a facial and got a confirmation for that, but then a couple days before, I got a confirmation that it was a massage. I emailed them back, asking to clarify, and no one got back to me. Then I called them the next day and the day of my appointment they sent me the right confirmation. So, it worked out, but was a bit of a hassle. When I arrived, they said that the outdoor hot tub was closed for repairs. Not much you can do in that situation, but that was disappointing as it was something I was looking forward to and you pay so much money for a day here. Maybe they could've given a discount or something. My facial was great, and I loved all of the aqua sanitas amenities. That is what really makes us stand out from the other spas in the area in my opinion. They also do day passes there if you want to just use the amenities instead of getting a treatment. They validate the valet, so nice that you don't have to pay for parking. read more

Formerly known as Allegria Spa, the Exhale Spa is located within the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek. They still have the Aqua Sanitas water sanctuary which you can access with any spa or salon appointment. Overall the spa is great, it has a very clean look with the treatment rooms and women's locker room area, they have plenty of infused water, hot tea options and some light snacks. I've been coming to this spa for several years and have watched it evolve, some of my favorite staff members have come and gone, but in general the staff is very friendly. After your treatment the women's locker room has everything you need to freshen up and head out for the day which is a major perk. While I visited the spa last month I had a manicure and facial. The manicure wasn't anything spectacular, and for the price I would not recommend coming here for nail services. The facial was good, they are now using new products since the name change which I'm not a huge fan of. Previously they were using Jurlique, Epicuren, and SkinCeuticals which felt so nice and the products had a pleasant smell. Now they're using emerginC and some other line of skin products. With the new name, the spa therapy brochure has changed and it seems very confusing now (not easy to understand) and certain things that used to be included would now be an upcharge. Exhale still offers a very relaxing environment with the Aqua Sanitas water sanctuary and access to the fitness center which I love. In general, it's a great spa and only time will tell whether or not these recent changes are for the better. read more

Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology and many more. They start at $155 and you can't go wrong here choosing any one of them. Make sure to come in a little earlier prior to your treatment and enjoy all their Aqua sanitas to help you set your body and mind for a deeper relaxation. I went with a Swedish massage and enjoyed it tremendously. The therapist used just the right amount of pressure, the music playing in the background was soft, the oils were light plus the salt and honey scrub massage on your feet and a warm towel felt heavenly. BEWARE!!! Used to love coming here but, ever since Demetria has scared away the better specialists it's gone down hill. Went to her once for nails and hair, AWFUL execution. Wonder where she even learned to be that terrible. Keep your people and dump her because us locals are not going to go anymore because of her. She will purposely charge you for the highest services even if she didn't give them to you. Not to be trusted, and anyone who continues to allow her to work there shouldn't either. Bye! AMAZING!!!! The Aqua Sanitas (thermal suite) is the BEST, and relaxed my worrywart self. The steam room smelled like menthol and spearmint. I got a facial at the spa, and I loved it and it made my acne better. The only thing is that I do not like extractions since they hurt and I have a very low pain tolerance. I would TOTALLY recommend this spa, and the thermal suite comes free with your treatment! By the way, the age requirement is 16. read more

I hired Demetria at Exhale Spa for my wedding hair and makeup and it was one of the best wedding-decisions I made! When I initially approached Demetria at the spa to schedule a trial, I was immediately drawn to her personality. She was kind, funny, and just made me feel super comfortable. At the trial itself, Demetria took detailed notes about what I liked and didn't like, so that she would have it all ready to go on my wedding day. If there was something I didn't like, she was really easy-going about it and didn't mind starting over to make it perfect. Unfortunately, COVID happened and my wedding was postponed a year, but Demetria kept her notes from my trial and stayed in communication with me via text so that everything went super smoothly on the big day. I was confident recommending her to my mom and sisters for their hair / makeup too. They are super picky and hard to please, but all four of us walked away happy! My sister, who has always been great at doing her hair and make up, even said Demetria taught her how to do her eyeliner in a way that she liked so much better than what she was doing before. The four of us are still talking about how much we loved her three months later! On a day that was otherwise fairly stressful, I appreciated knowing that when it was time for my hair and makeup to be done, I'd be able to just relax and have fun with Demetria! I've had the most amazing week at the Exhale Spa at Park Hyatt Beaver creek! The staff is so friendly and has helped me create a perfect schedule for a week of fitness, relaxation and rejuvenation. I took a few classes with Michelle and also took a private session for reformer Pilates. She is hands down the best trainer I've worked with. Her extensive knowledge of body anatomy helped me get back into Pilates after several years of break. Also loved my yoga class with Surya. She is fantastic and accommodated my request for the flow!! The ladies who check you in are not that helpful, and I was very disappointed in the "spa". Locker rooms are a bit small, and there is not much attention to detail. The "spa" itself is SMALL. There is one small pool in a common area, and then you head into the men's/women's private areas for the baths. There was a main pool, rain show, steam room, and a recovery room. Downside is that each is designed to only handle 4 individuals at a time, and I had 3 young teenage boys running around laughing.....not that it was too horrible since I was one once....but I never went into a spa until well after college....I even went out to the desk and said something to the ladies but they obviously didn't care. I just yapped at them when they bothered me and that was the end of it.......but I didn't feel very relaxed when I went up to meet the masseuse. I met Hot Mamma in the "couples room" and it was weird because a man and then a woman showed up in the room (our initial unfriendly lady said it would be just for us), and it seemed like because there was so little help from the staff that no one really knew where to go or what to do...... We had decided to have a couple massage for the first time, and I don't think I would do it again. I just like to be alone and get worked over and not have to talk! The guys who did the massages were EXCELLENT - I had the Deep tissue by Eli Goetter and it was probably the BEST MESSAGE I ever had. Mamma had Justin Mujwid and she loved hers. The guys were professional, had exceptional technique, and were respectful to the two of us. Afterward they brought us each a glass of champagne. It was great to get a treatment after 3 days of skiing, but I would look for a different spot next time. Wow. This was the nicest spa I have ever visited and my friend and I fully enjoyed our time. I did a ton of research before our trip to Vail, and am so thankful we found this place. We visited during the off season (first week of October) and were excited to find a fall special on 50 minute Swedish massages. This spa has so many options for services- I wish I could have afforded more- they have unique offerings- you really should check out their spa menu on their website. With any service you get access to their Aqua Sanitas- we visited this area before AND after our massages. It was beautiful and amazing and it felt so luxurious. You can read the other reviews or visit the website for details but we truly loved it. It is self-guided and we only ran into people one time in one room- otherwise it was just us. I have never heard of a spa having this before- I would come back frequently if I lived in Colorado! We spent the whole afternoon at the spa and appreciated that there was cold fruit water in each area and then hot tea and trail mix and yogurt raisins in the room we called the relaxation room where you wait for your technician and where you can chill after your spa service. My massage therapist was excellent- kind and professional- her name was Ronelle, and she stayed quiet through the massage which was refreshing and aided in my relaxation. I even liked the music that played throughout the massage. I've never had a massage that included a foot scrub too! The sheets on the massage table were silky and more comfortable than other places I've been, and they have a robe warmer too! When you arrive you get a tour and then they give you lockers that you can come in an out of, with a robe and with slippers. They have nice showers and peach ginger shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. They have an area where you can use their hair driers, curling irons and straighteners- I straightened my hair for the first time ever because I had time and it was available. The spa has beautiful views of outside and you can see it from many rooms and windows. I appreciated that you could come and go to the different rooms as you pleased and there was no rush to leave after your spa service. Then you pay at the very end, which is nice not having to figure out a tip right after your massage when you aren't thinking straight. The hotel (Park Hyatt) will give you a discounted valet rate of $7 that you pay at the end, when you go to the spa. It was a delightful and luxurious day that my friend and I will always remember. read more

This is the best spa I have ever been to and have go to every spa at every nicer hotel I stay at including the Ritz in Maui. The facilities are relaxing, spotless and so calming. There is a coed tidal pool when you first enter that is slightly cooler than the hot tub. You enter into the woman's spa and you have access to a large hot tub and the water feels smooth like it has Epson salt in it. There's a large rainfall shower, a large wet sauna that has an evergreen smell. The best part is the tile isn't too hot to sit on and there are showers in the sauna that sprays cold water on you if you get too hot. Then there is a lounge room that has curved, heated, stone loungers. I don't know how laying on stone is so comfortable but these loungers were very relaxing. Then of course the facial and massage was great too but spending two hours in the facilities before the treatments was just as good! read more

A lovely spa with a great water treatment system. My friend treated me to a one hour and 45 minute massage. I have never had a massage that long, but now I'm spoiled and will probably always want a really long massage. I was slightly disappointed in the massage therapist as it seemed like he was getting tired - the pressure got lighter throughout the treatment, and I had to ask for more pressure, but the pressure was quite inconsistent. Best $100 pedicure I have ever received. Only $100 pedicure I have ever received. (fantastic gift) Had I ended my review there, it would have been 3 stars max. However, the prices are made more palatable by the opportunity to spend 2 hours in Roman bath type experience before the pedicure with a friend. The celebrated poetry of water as cleanser, water as healer, and water as ritual with a variety of temperatures and textures is worth exploring. We were the only ones there. Go in the morning and leave before the kiddos and teens get off the slopes. We enjoyed 5 luxurious water experiences. The only thing missing were the grapes and gratuitous sex. Grapes would be a nice touch. Thermae Pool: Hot waterfalls (102 degrees) massage your back and the jetting massages increases metabolism. Caldarium Mineral Pools: Heat (104 degrees), jets, and mineral salts relieve sore muscles. Cascata Shower: Cool or warm rainshower invigorates the transition from the heated pools to the steam room. Caldarium Steam Room: The heat (118 degrees), spruce scented steam, and light therapy refresh and wake up the pores. Tepidarium Room: this serene lavender-infused space is great for relaxing on a heated recliner made of stone tiles. Star docked for excessive price gouging. At $100 for a $30 pedicure one needs to spend at least a couple hours relaxing and enjoying the other "gratis" services unless you love giving your money away and in that case, call me. I will need another pedicure soon. read more
