This studio is bright, clean and class was very challenging but doable. Definitely a great activity to get out of the cold and get in a solid workout. Stephanie was welcoming and offered corrections as needed. Plenty of parking close by. Be sure to book a class well in advance if your schedule is limited as they do often fill up. Absolutely LOVE this studio! Katie, Anna, Trish, Whitney, Debbie, Jayme, Kim, Jennifer were all fantastic! Each class was different, well-planned, well executed, they varied the instruction with the different parts of the reformer and the staff were so friendly! Many pilates places can be repetitive - this wasn't at all. I was only in town for a short time, but they all made me feel so welcome and encouraged. Parking is super easy and once you get the hang of the app, scheduling is easy too! Plan in advance - classes fill up! But wait list moves, so that's great! I walked in 18min before a scheduled Pilates Reformer group class and it took several minutes before I was acknowledged by someone. There were 2 instructors working with a client each. Once acknowledged, Jennifer was very friendly and thanked me for my patience. I asked if there was still availability for the upcoming class and that I have only taken one Pilates Reformer class previously (on a different machine several years ago). I decided to stay for the class, which was taught by (not so friendly/helpful) Trish. The class itself was great, but I would not recommend it if you have little to no Pilates knowledge as the whole experience did not feel very welcoming for new students (there were only 5 in the group and I was the only "new" person). You might want to consider booking a private session instead (if you can afford it). read more

I love love love pilates and have had a hard time finding a great pilates center up here in the Vail Valley UNTIL I found Synergy. Synergy is an amazing reformer pilates center for all levels. They also offer other types of classes which I have not tried. I do recommend booking your classes well in advance because the classes fill up quickly. read more

Went to check this place out since I was staying at the Sheraton Mountain Vista. You walk in and there is equipment everywhere, looks very clean and organized. I was going for yoga so I checked in at the front and the lady there told us if we spoke to the concierge at our hotel, we could get a free class pass. After my hubby ran over to grab the passes for us we grabbed a mat and made our way to the back room. The class was listed as an all levels class and it was a full room. My hubby (been to a few classes) and my mother-in-law (her first class) came with. The instructor let us know that she taught Vinyasa flow. She was great with the instructions, gave us options to maximize the class for our own practice, and took the extra time to show my mother-in-law better ways to do the positions. read more

Best studio ever, I love working out here. I discovered Synergy two years ago from a client of mine and I am hooked. I teach Pilates and yoga in NYC and this beautiful studio with amazing instructors keeps me in tip top shape. I always learn something new when I work out there. Time flys by when you are having fun I have taken group classes with Jennifer, Debbie and Sandra. Each teacher has their own unique style and is guaranteed to help you get a great work out. If your craving personal attention schedule a private session with one of these instructors. Another fantastic teacher to try is Jolene she is also a massage therapist. Synergy has it all. The studio has Balance Body equipment for Pilates, yoga and soon will have Barre classes. You will leave the studio feeling taller, stronger and more centered. Group classes are small and teachers do an excellent job of giving personal attention to students. Came here for a yoga class while staying at the Sheraton and was very impressed. It was clean, well-run and welcoming. The studio was small, yet plenty of room for my class of 7. The instructor (Maura) was friendly and knowledgeable with a wonderful positive energy. Will definitely try to make it to another class while I'm in town. read more

It's was my first time on a reformer and the instruction was outstanding! Jennifer workout left my body feeling completely balanced with a little soreness around my lower abs due to my abs being in vacation mode. Michelle class was different but similar with my inner thighs getting stronger after JENNIFER told us to try and pop the ball in between our knees. Lovely place with lovely instructors who understand mobility and encourage you to push yourself a little further. Stop in and enjoy! read more

From a responsive professional owner who promptly returns calls, to the well laid out studio stocked with ample equipment and clean well functioning Pilates reformers, to the instructors who both challenge and help all the students.
