This is the absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to Pharmacy wise. Prescriptions will be submitted by doctors hours or days in advanced and they will not be ready for days after. I had surgery last year and the surgeon submitted pain pills hours before the surgery even started, it was a couple hour surgery and recovery and when I was taken to get my prescription almost 8 hours after it was submitted they were "still working on it" I was in pain in the car and they stated it wouldn't be ready for a couple more hours even though the surgeon out a rush on it. Also I had automatic renewing prescriptions that were suppose to be filled and they won't be filled for days after the date they were supposed to be filled. When you call no one ever picks up. If someone actually does, they are super rude. I'm transferring all my prescriptions out of this store and will have to drive further for them now but I'll get better service elsewhere. read more

Walgreens or the DMV ??! If your deathly ill and need a scrip don't send it here . Have been here twice this week and both times I've been in line for about a hour to a hour& half . You wait about a hour just to make it to the counter then they print the scrip and have some one start making it . Which leads to you waiting another hour to get it . This pharmacy is horrible. Tried calling 3 times and was hung up on by someone each time. They do not answer the phone. Finally got a time for when my prescription would be ready and came in 2 days after the ready date, nope not ready. I'm moving all my prescriptions elsewhere, I'd avoid at all costs. read more

Walgreens - Gave up after an hour and a half on hold. - Drugstores Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

I went to the pharmacy to pick up some over the counter medication that I payed for. The pharmacist in her defense was trying to be fast or efficient by trying to serve several customers at once. The problem was that there was not a line and she allowed another customer to jump in front of me before she was even done with me. When I had pointed that out she had to customer service splain me that I can do two things at once. At this point I am pissed off and I explain that is not the point. I understand that you as a person you can do two things at once. My point was just have some common courtesy and finish with me then move on to the next customer. Nope this pharmacist clown continued to argue with me and then interview me concerning the reason why I was their. I showed her my receipt and PIN number for the items I had purchased. On top of that the Karen that she allowed to cut in front of me chimed in "Well I come here all the time and she always does more than one person at a time. " I advised both people that this is why there are so many problems in our society because people have just lost common courtesy. All I was asking was that she help me first before moving on to the next customer. Not argue with me because I did not have my spouses date birth right away and allow the person who was behind me to just step in front of me and service them. I will continue to post on good service. But this is just horrible customer service and needs to be addressed. An to top all off I was in the wrong spot. I needed to go to the front counter. She would have figured that out had she helped me from the jump, instead of trying to prove how much smarter than me or Moving so fast. I know you are a pharmacist, and you can do more than two things at once. I also realize you are short staffed . Still that is no reason for sh*tty customer service. An to the white Privileged Karen who felt the need to comment because you got what you wanted which is service. Not smart!!! Mind your business because that's how problems get started. read more

This may be the worst pharmacy in Colorado. You have to do everything. Had a prescription that needed authorization. It was sent to them 2 days ago. I had to physically take it to them even though they had it. Then was told it would be 1.5 hours to be filled. Went back at that time and waited 40 minutes to get to the counter because of the number of people in front of me. Was told it wasn't filled yet. Finally sent a text it was done 3 hours after it was supposed to be filled to go back and have 8 people in front of me and 3 vehicles in the drive up. Waited 15 minutes and the line didn't move. One person working the pharmacy checkout for both drive through and walk in. This BS enhanced unemployment benefits is causing this this crap. Although they had 5 people working the main part of the store just nobody working the pharmacy. Will be moving all my prescriptions to a different place. Unfortunately this is a trend for all businesses that they don't give a shit about customer service. read more

Today it only took 5.45 hours to get a script! Keep up the great work. My Dr emailed/faxed/whatever system they use in for 2 scripts at 3:45pm. At 6:26 pm they're still working on them. They used to be prompt, never more than an hour, lately it's like they don't care about customer service. It's a shame how they've gone down hill. read more

This pharmacy is BEYOND unprofessional. First, I try and go through the drive through to pick up my son's prescriptions... for the second time they won't be ready for 20 minutes and I will have to wait. I thought the point I the drive through was so that I didn't have to get my sick child out of the car to pick up his medicine. I decide to wait for his medicine so we went inside. While inside, I watch an employee pick up the phone to make an announcement over the loud speaker "uh if you drive a Beamer parked out front, it's overheating like a motherf***er. Then the employees erupt in laughter - SUPER professional. So I walk back toward the pharmacy to see if the prescription is ready and the tech has an awful attitude and when I ask him about the drive through, "well I don't know what the f**k you want me to tell you." After getting the prescription I was waiting for I walked to the front and asked for a manager and was told "they don't have time for this bulls**t". Fed up I finally just walked out. I refuse to be treated with such blatant disrespect and talked to with such foul language. I will not be back to this Walgreens and do not recommend them to anyone. read more

If you are in a hurry, you better go somewhere else. This place is crazy busy most of the time. Also, if you have some medical issues (such as allergies to certain products), don't count on the pharmacy staff to notice the notation in your records each time. Carefully check your order! I use this place because it is convenient for me, not because I get the highest quality attention and service. They do a "so-so" job, which is ok with me. For me, personally, it is better (in this case) to be convenient and necessitate a bit of caution, than inconvenient with top-notch service. Buyer beware, so to speak. read more

Terrible customer service . Absolutely RUDE . Waited in line for 30 mins & she treated me as if I was annoying for being there . Looked up my info & told me the dr. Never sent it & sent me away . I called my dr after & they said they had sent it in an hr prior . When I tried to give her the paper prescription for my son , she wouldn't even look at it & said "when we get it we will call you" . Mind you this is for an emergency inhaler . Used this pharmacy for over a decade & now switched . Gone downhill bad & with the bad reviews I'm not the only one who thinks so . This is my 'neighborhood' Walgreens. It's about a mile from the house and the hours it's open is more than adequate. The store is always clean, and the workers are always friendly and I don't think I've ever gone there and DIDN'T find what I needed. We just joined the rewards program, so we'll see how that goes as well. read more

Do not use this pharmacy! Not only did they fill my daughters prescription for 60 days yet it was written for 30 day but they only gave us 30 and lied about it. Then refused to refill it, claiming they gave us 60. Obviously the charged my insurance for 60 days which I do believe is fraud! Then they filled it unauthorized once it was eligible which delayed us getting it from an honest pharmacy. read more

Worst run pharmacy in the state of Colorado. They shorted me medication and then denied it, I have complained to Walgreens costumer service and it has been over a month and they still have not responded to my complaint. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Or if you must go here, have the pharmacist count your pills in front of you before you leave. This is for any type of medication. I was shorted on a simple antibiotic and they still refuse to admit they are in the wrong. They claim I took extra pills. WHY in the world would one take extra antibiotics?? It makes no sense. Pharmacist was "too overwhelmed" to fill my prescription. Thanks for letting me know that AFTER you told me to come back to pick it up in 45 minutes to an hour. Sounds like being a pharmacist isn't the right profession for you. If I had known you were incapable of attempting to fill it I would have just gone somewhere else an hour ago!!! Besides that, is it normal procedure to interrogate customers? My dr wrote it because I needed it. I shouldn't have to be questioned by the tech about it.
