We're a market research company staffed with roughly 25 people in-house, and several remote users. We've outsourced our IT services to Mike and have not been disappointed. Within the year and a half that Mike has worked with us, our entire operation has been upgraded and overhauled for the better. I work for a small digital media studio and we were experiencing frustrating internet issues ever since we set up VOIP phones. Wow! Mike is so good at what he does! I may sound vague when I say that because I don't know what he does or how he does it. All I do know is that he makes our computers sing. Our office has multiple stations and we rely on them to all be synchronized and function on demand. We need to forward reports, pictures, x-rays and insurance claims quickly and efficiently.
