Megan Weakly in the office is the most pleasant and friendly person I think I've ever met. I work 7 days a week whenever they will let me, so its a task keeping my uniforms up to standard, but Megan is on top of it. She goes above and beyond to make me look professional. I've never had an employer make getting my uniforms so easy. Field Supervisor Rick Williams is one of the best bosses I've ever met. He's a stand-up guy! Walden's motto is setting the standard by setting the example, and Rick Williams lives that every day. He's not your friend, he is your boss. He will get on to you so fast if you don't do your job properly and he's very strict, but he's a heck of a roll model in a world where they seem to be few and far between. My operations manager Latasha Tatum is also one of the best people I know! She's super friendly but also a by the book type of boss. And she's on top of her job. If I work 7 days a week and 10 differrent shifts and 4 different post, she makes sure my money and paycheck are correct everytime, even if the system is down and I cant clock in for 3 days. My new post Supervisor April Simmons is also very strict and by the book but also friendly enough to tell you good job and thank you for your hard work. And real quick to tell you if it even looks like you're slacking. Overall, all jobs have pros and cons. Walden Security is a great place to work. And a great example of what people should strive to be and how we should treat people, even if they are in the wrong.

When I met with the sales person, he looked me straight in the eye and told me it was a three-year contract. We zipped through the contract on his phone (it was hard to read) and I believed him when he said it was only three years. Come to find out it was a five-year contract. This is an absolute integrity issue and reflects negative on this company. No one likes to be lied to!!!! We do not use the system. I have been trying to get out of this contract for two years now. They want to charge me thousands of dollars to cancel a service that I don't even use. I'm guessing they can see I don't use it back at their headquarters. Every time I cook, the smoke alarm goes off. I've had Volunteer firefighters show up at my house and it's a mess. I was advised to remove the batteries. Ridiculous! I have begged and begged them to get out of my contract and they refuse to help me out at all. The customer service people are pleasant enough and I try not to get upset with them, but this is literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. If you decide to go with this company, make sure you read the contract because the sales people will flat out lie to your face. I've been waiting for a call from a supervisor to discuss this matter further, but no one is calling me back. Completely disappointed in Vector Security. Would never recommend them to anyone ever. Buyer beware I guess!!!

And we will be leaving ADT as soon as we can without having to pay their exorbitant fees for moving that have never been a part of our experience and this farce of a contract is up. USE ANYTHING ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY. EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. We have been customers for over 10 years with this company. We've moved across the country with them. The past two years have been the WORST experience with these people. Moving once more across town, we are being nickeled and dimed, we were hung up on multiple times, and we were told we now have to move our own equipment. Rude customer service, no customer service, and no care for their customers. When this contract is over, we're out. Rude, careless, and heartless. Do not use, at all.

During my divorce, I had the opportunity to hire Lazarus Investigative Services. I had never hired…read morea private investigator before, and I chose Lazarus because they were the only firm who had an agent available for my case that day. It was one of the most fortunate things that could have happened to me. The investigation of my wife's infidelity lasted 28 days. During that time, the agents of Lazarus Investigative Services handled my case with professionalism and ultimate competence. It is important to know that a private investigator cannot produce evidence, rather they must be available to collect the evidence when it presents itself. The agents of Lazarus did exactly that. They never forced a situation. They maintained strict operational security so that the investigation would yield the maximum amount of information available. All of the agents who worked on my case were very professional. However, I would like to speak specifically about the owner of Lazarus, Robert Bonnett. He is a seasoned investigator. His background as a military special operations veteran, law enforcement officer and undercover drug investigator make him ideally suited for this field. Robert serves the needs of his clients with integrity and honesty. His rates are the best of any agency. I can say this as a matter of fact because I compared his agency to 3 other ones. During the course of the investigation, Robert and his team consistently worked to minimize expenses, while yielding maximum results. Robert's experience and skill set makes him very versatile. This played a crucial role during the division of property at my residence when the divorce settlement was finalized. The situation was very contentious, but Robert's presence kept the things from getting out of hand. His actions served to defuse the situation and prevent conflict. In the course of the day, he thoroughly documented the events that occurred and the condition of the property that was divided. With respect to my case in general, all aspects of the work performed were done in a professional manner. All reports were thoroughly written. The experience gained from testifying in criminal cases becomes obvious when you read the reports. Photographs and video were clear and of high quality. Appointments were always kept, regardless if it was to discuss some aspect of the case or to testify in court. Communication with me was top notch. In conclusion, I can recommend Lazarus Investigative Services to you with the highest degree of confidence. If you are in need of investigative services, you should hire Lazarus.
