He never once made eye contact with me or my family. We later regrouped in the parking lot trying to rest our eyes and were approached by panhandlers and more than one car had loud disturbing music playing. Never once did security come out to check even after we confronted him about the issues. He told us it is not his job to approach vehicles or speak to guest. Then he went back to playing on his phone. Very disappointing. Just in case anyone is curious the gaurds name was Austin, or at least thats what he told us his name was when we asked. The elderly lady that approached us said she had been there for at least 3 hours and didnt even know they had security.

He illegally hacked into my cell phone and my 11 year old daughters cell phone. His lawyer sent me a letter stating if I would not hold him accountable for any of his actions while working for my company he would give me access. There is no telling what kind of crimes he has committed. I'm missing 2 Million Dollars worth of sales! No wonder he wants immunity for his crimes. I think I'll have him arrested instead. Would not advise anyone to use his services.
