My late husband Chris Eugene Moss was never treated like this. A Warranty Deed says that the consideration & valuable considerations were to be adequate. My late husband Chris Eugene Moss and I never received a single cent from the buyer Brittany M Morgan. But the fraud is on Pickens County GA Clerk Office in December of 2010. I have been homeless since 2019. I have Pickens Sheriff's Office Reports, and still nothing has been done on my behalf, as I have been physically impaired for years. I just wonder about the due process of the federal constitution of the fifth and fourteenth amendments. They have intentionally denied Tonya the restitution that I deserve. Other cases after the criminal activities committed against Tonya Moss and that gives me the right to fairness to live. But I am hurt because they allowed child kidnappings, and that's going to Courts somewhere else.
