He initially told me my payment would be around $550/ month, however, by the time we filed it was almost double that... this should have been red flag 1. Red flag 2 was no one went over any of the creditors that sent in filings. I looked at the list and didn't recognize half the accounts being paid on. I was told after the fact there was nothing I could do. Covid happened and we ended up having to move and my wife had to get a different vehicle. Our rent increased $700 per month & her car payment was $400. We were somehow expected to maintain that payment. Literally no help from them. I fell behind twice as we simply don't make enough to cover bills, kids college, etc. I found out my case was dismissed, not from my attorney but from a letter from a different lawyer. Once they got their $6,000 they were no where to be found. Stay away.
