The best locksmith in the city. I lost the key to my car and I called all the locksmith in the city, even where I got my car from and I couldn't get a key made. Either they wasn't in stock it would take a week extra $200 to code plus money to tow car to them...just a lot of extra. The last place I called before them was triple A and the referred me to this company. You know your doing a great job when another company refers someone so I definitely made that call. He was super nice assured me he could get the job done same day within the hour and it took him a few minutes . Like my experience was amazing , fast and reliable. I got locked out of my house and called The Lock Doc and was told they would not be able to get to me for hours so he gave me another number to try for a different company. I called that number and was told the same thing. That should have been the end of it but Terry called me back and asked if I had found someone cause they had a last minute cancellation and could send someone now. Saved me! He didn't have to call back but he did! Great customer service and then the guy who came was very nice and got my door unlocked in no time. These guys are great! I lost the keys to my 2004 Chrysler Sebring... while it was parked on my dirt road driveway out in the middle of nowhere. Since I didn't need the car right away, Terry told me if he could get to it the next day, that would work better for him (and that was better for me as well). When I called the next day, he told me his son was in the area and would be available in about 45 minutes to an hour. 45 minutes later I walked down to the car, and he was already working on getting the key done. And now I can drive my car again! Professional, prompt, and great communication ... and I think the price was fair (it's one of those keys with a chip in it, so it was a little pricey, but fair!). NO. NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. I called needing a key for my truck to undo some safety features (mykey) on my Ford F150. within the hour he had arrived, in less than 10 it was complete. His instructions were very understandable and most important... the complimentary text after he drove off to remind me to write my key lock code down. DONT CALL ANYTIME ELSE!!! My daughter was locked out of her home with her husband and six year old daughter. She called this company and cancelled the call because she told him she was on her back porch. He didn't even confirm that she didn't need him. After 1&1/2 hours she called him and he then proceeded to tell her it would be a couple of hours before he could get to her. So now my six year old granddaughter is stuck outside.What company doesn't bother to make sure you no longer need their service before canceling the call and leaving them outside.
