I called Foxhound locksmith this evening after the keypad lock at the office wouldn't work and the door would not lock. I had tried unsuccessfully to reach the company that had installed this lock. Foxhound Locksmith answered immediately when I called and the locksmith was on his way. Unfortunately, due to the type of lock, and the fact that the other company is supposed to have a replacement on order Foxhound wasn't able to take the lock apart to see exactly what was causing the problem because doing so would likely lead to the other company refusing to service the lock afterward. However, Foxhound Locksmith spent almost 2 hours (after hours) trying to figure out a way to help me, and he didn't leave until I was finally able to reach the other company and he was sure that they were on their way. Unfortunately I locked my keys in my building along with my phone and of course wanted to get them as quickly as I could, I looked up locksmiths near me and called a few and all were closed at 10pm then fortunately for me Foxhound is a 24/7 service and I called them, the guy was super nice and helpful and came right away within 20 minutes. He told me a time and he was there. The prices are good too. Amir was so helpful in re-keying our newly purchased house, he did an awesome job and was so flexible with our time limit. We just texted him our address and he came.
