Jordan was friendly, good and reliable, cost was reasonably priced (competitor Rick's lock and Key was way overpriced wanted 400 over what I paid), (A1 didn't answer or return a call on Friday when I called and left a message, I called back on Monday and got a promise to checking pricing and would call me back and I'm still waiting on that call, made an appointment with Keyme locksmith I initially gave my work number by mistake but called back with cell when no show at scheduled time called their dispatch and I kept getting told they would have technician call and then they would hang up instead of calling while I was on the phone with them, 20 mins after setting up the visit with Jordan the Keyme tech called claiming they had tried calling but I had my phone with me the entire time and had no missed calls. Now the only reason not giving a 5 star to All Over Locksmith the dispatcher or person answering the initial call was not very friendly and a little abrupt. I would use their service again because of Jordan he did what he said he would do. read more
