Norm and his wife, Jenn, are the business and they are exceptional. Very kind and work together seamlessly. Got to work right away replacing a broken spring. In addition to replacing the part and adjusting the settings to ensure it was done correctly, they checked and tightened each bolt on the door panels and lubed all of the joints so the door is so much quieter! When I asked if I needed the rubber gasket replaced, he said he could do it but I didn't need it right now. Maybe in a year or so. So no attempt to upsell! Efficient, professional and very helpful. If this ever happens again - and we hope it won't - we will not hesitate calling on Arends again for help.
