We lost our spare key fob for our Acura MDX and needed a replacement. I ordered a Driver 2 replacement from Acura OEM Parts Supplier and called Arends to have the fob programmed and emergency key cut. I went to their shop and with 10 minutes the work was done. Efficient, professional and very helpful. If this ever happens again - and we hope it won't - we will not hesitate calling on Arends again for help. The only thing I would do different is let them supply the fob from their inventory. Let them handle everything. read more

Those may very well be your hours. However, when the Yelp site asked if I had an emerged, I indicated yes, and was taken to your website. I called and was able to have Chris come out within an hour or so, as my call wasn't an emergecy...it was a home door issue. He was fast, professional and I expected the service call and repair to be over $75 it was only $53! Woo hoo! Amazing! I called Chris on a Sunday at noon after receiving a phone call from my daughter that she and her boyfriend were locked out of their car and had lost the keys while camping at Bear Creek. They had no phone service and were using a kind strangers phone. Within 2 hours Chris had found them at the campground, unlocked their car and made a new key! I found these guys on Google and I am so glad I did! Life savers! Chris even called me when he got back into cell phone range to let me know my daughter was okay! The price was right. They were curtious and quick. They reprogrammed a key for my Toyota and they were way better then the dealership. They were cheaper then the dealer, but their customer servise far exceeded the dealer. I would use them again for any lock and key cutting needs in the future. read more
