He said that if we can't get it together then we should look to leave ADT. There was an apology, but NOTHING done on the Company side to make it right for us in the way that we were treated. This call, was another waste of time. And we will be leaving ADT as soon as we can without having to pay their exorbitant fees for moving that have never been a part of our experience and this farce of a contract is up. USE ANYTHING ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY. EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. We have been customers for over 10 years with this company. We've moved across the country with them. The past two years have been the WORST experience with these people. Moving once more across town, we are being nickeled and dimed, we were hung up on multiple times, and we were told we now have to move our own equipment. Rude customer service, no customer service, and no care for their customers. When this contract is over, we're out. Rude, careless, and heartless. Do not use, at all.

This shouldn't be this difficult. Poor customer service and a frustrating process--customers shouldn't have to repeat the same request multiple times just to close an account.

This company has the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced!! Literally 24 hours…read morespent on the phone (three days of 8 hours each) and they could never figure out why I went from using 90 GB of data a month to over THREE TERABYTES!!, for which I had to upgrade my plan and pay over $60 more per month. I finally figured it out by myself, it was the Amazon Firesticks that were doing it. Now I want to go back to the cheaper plan and the customer service reps keep throwing roadblocks at me. I cannot way to drop xfinity and go with another provider. p.s. My friend works for xfinity and said even he cannot get good service from them. He even opted to pay for his own Verizon cell phone rather than use their free phone!
