ADS is now Vector Security in Chattanooga, TN!! Do your homework and review options before using them!!! The claim to match other companies but they dont. I had offer from Safe Streets for free equipment. Speak to someone and he tells to send offer to him. I send offer and he proceeds to tell me that the company offers old equipment and outdated that he wouldn't want that equipment and that they sell the contract to ADT and the customer service is horrible, and they sell the contract to ADT. Basically all this garbage and beating around the bush to basically tell me that they can't offer me free equipment like the other company. Instead of being Transparent and honest up front, that they wont give free equipment! PLS DO YOUR RESEARCH!! CHECK WITH OTHER COMPANIES FIRST!!! Don't use ADT! They steal your money. Contract they won't let you out of no matter what. 75% of balance you owe, My house is selling new buyer don't want to take over contract. I had a wonderful experience getting my new system installed with ADS. A young man named Tylor stopped by to do the initial consultation and get me setup. First off, ADT came in the day before and tried to sell me $1500 worth of equipment that I ALREADY HAD in my home - they thought I didn't know what I had and tried to sell me needless mercy. So ADT are basically con artists. Taylor came and hooked everything up despite having some technical issues. He was adamant about getting the job done and done well. I can see he takes pride in his work, which is a rarity these days. I'm happy with my system and the monitoring. I accidentally tripped it twice and ADS is on top of it with an immediate phone call. read more

Beware of the FIVE year contract you are signing which is never referred to except in small writing on the back of the contract. They will absolutely not let you out of this and if you are needing to get out of it as we are (moving out of state where they do not have any coverage), the only way to get out of it is to pawn off the contract on another business. Not thrilled with thisvgroup of yahoos at all. Ringgold Telephone got out of the security business and ADS picked up their customers. So far so good. THEN in my morning stupor not long after I set the alarm off trying to bring in some cool morning air. I walked right to the phone as with RTC they were calling immediately. After a couple of minutes I walked away making a note to myself to follow up to make sure we were covered. Then the phone finally rang. I figure a lot can happen in two minutes plus if there's a bad guy with a weapon or the kitchen is on fire, so not impressed so far. Then due to a remodel we were moving the alarm sensor from one door to another, not a biggie. The guy showed up on time said he was out of Calhoun but wasn't familiar with the door or how he should go about arming it. Finally he was down to his last part, his statement, and said they might have to come back later to try something different if this didn't work right. Not feeling all wrapped up in the warm bosom of security at this point. Then a week later we get a bill for $185 for a non professional performance. THIS GROUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
