I haven't used this service because they have not shown up. They were supposed to come yesterday but rescheduled for this afternoon at 4. It is now past 5 and they have neither arrived nor called. I am beyond frustrated because no one answers their phones. The recorded message at the main number gives two other numbers to call. One says that Sharon's mail box is full, and the other number is out of service. I am going to cancel and get my money back, but I want everyone to know they would be stupid to employ this service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I cannot believe what a terrible experience I had with Sharon, the owner of this company. I had bought a Living Social deal that she advertised, 3 hours of house cleaning for $50. I purchased one for myself and one as a gift for my mom (who happens to live 7 houses down from me) for Mother's Day and for the fact that my sister was coming to town from CA. I scheduled the cleanings more than 2 weeks in advance so they would be on the same day and the cleaner wouldn't have to drive far between the two sites. First off, it took me 3 calls into Superior Cleaning to get the appointment. I was told she would call me back, but never would - I had to catch her answering her phone. Next, she told me she would call me 1 hour before the appointments to get the address. So, the day of the appointments - no call. The appointment was for 9am and 1pm. At 9:15, I had to call her and find out where she was. She said she was busy with phone calls and would arrive at the house no later than 10. 10:15 and no show and NO CALL! I had to call again, asking when she would arrive. She did not arrive until 10:50a. Upon her entering my mom's house, there was an overwhelming smoke smell. I was very nervous that it would linger in the house because my mom is HIGHLY sensitive to smoking and can't stand the smell. When she was 2 hours into cleaning, I heard her talking on the phone saying she was almost done and would be somewhere else shortly. This was surprising to me because she was scheduled to clean my house for 3 hours right after my moms on this day. 30 minutes before she was suppose to finish my mom's house, she tried to leave and asked to reschedule my house cleaning for Saturday morning so she could go take care of some cash-paying clients that afternoon. I agreed she could do my house the next day (Saturday). At my mom's house, she wanted to charge me an extra $10 for finishing the standard cleaning up stairs (vacuuming/ bathroom). I declined as I was not happy at that time. She left my mom's house before cleaning two bathrooms (she only cleaned the 1/2 bath) and did not do the floors upstairs. After she left, promising me she would call in the morning to come clean my house, I swiped my finger on the living room end table, only to find a finger of dust. I had to spend another hour at my mom's house cleaning the bathrooms and dusting. I HAVE NO IDEA what she "cleaned" for those 3 hours. But, it gets worse! Saturday morning comes and I haven't heard from her. I called at 9:00am, no answer. I left a message. I called again at 9:30 and spoke to her. She tried to get out of cleaning my house saying she had other houses all over the area that day. I insisted and she said she'd call me back after talking to a client. I had to call her again after several hours of not hearing from her. She finally called me at 2:30 saying she would come to my house at 5pm. 5pm came along and nothing. I called, but had to leave a message. Again, no call back. I called again at 6:30p asking where she was. No answer, and I had to leave a message. At that point, I was over it. This is a side business not a professional cleaning service. No not even think of using them. It took me a month to get an appointment. Sharon is so scattered and disorganized. The day of my cleaning she called when she was supposed to be there and said she didn't have her car because she loaned it to her sister last night and now her sister was asleep and not answering her phone. She rescheduled to later in the afternoon. I was very understanding until she never showed or called that day, or the next. I got Groupon to refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased a groupon. When I went to redeem, I called and left messages several times and no one contacted me back. I called a week later and got an answer and a date from someone to come clean my home on a Friday March 29 at 1:00 at 1:30 I called no answer and I continued to call and no answer and left message. It has been severals weeks and I have not heard from this company! I even contacted groupon company and they advised they had been in contact with company and they would contact me and that was on April 3 and it is April 16 and no one has contacted me.
