When I pulled up to service area, I was told that they could not blend the cup of ice. I said that the day before the team did it with no problem. (GOOD JOB THURSDAYS TEAM) I sat there for a couple of minutes, and a guy came out (manager?) and told me they could not do it. I said they did yesterday. He said no. I said, I have other places I can go to. He said ok. After I drove off, I started drinking my drink that had zero green tea in it. It was 100% energy drink. They turned me into a "KAREN".
