Horrible customer service yesterday my fiance waited 20 minutes at the window then honked his horn 5 minutes later someone finally came to the window and then he had to way 5 more minutes for a coffee that he had ordered 30 minutes ago. This morning I went for me a coffee and I have been them for 30 minutes I look around you can't see anyone and I honked with no one coming to the window. The vehicle behind me also left without their coffee just like me. Not good when you have horrible customer service. I looked in the lobby there was no one inline just a customer sitting down. read more

This was a neat place! After walking inside, you can hear NOLA music playing and see the NOLA mardi gra color decor, and hear friendly "hello's" from the staff. Brie took my order and Caity was cleaning. I didn't know what to order so all I said was I like sweet coffee and she said the Southern Birthday Cake was delicious, and she was right. Also, the beignet's were STINKING DELICIOUS! I added the caramel, honey, and chocolate sauces to go with the small order of 3. There is also white chocolate, and strawberry sauces too. They came out hot and so good! Each sauce was great, but the beignet's did not need them. Knowing that this is the closest place that has beignet's (which reminded me of the Mickey Mouse beignet's at Disney's Port Orleans Resort in FL), I will be going here for dessert more often. They have a drive thru too if you need to pick them up quick. Definitely worth trying! read more

Every time I come to this place I am met with amazing service and delicious coffee!!! I ALWAYS get a pralines and cream latte with oat milk. Visited PJs coffee in recent days and was disappointed to discover that a place that bills itself as having New Orleans coffee, didn't actually have the coffee I was accustomed to, having lived in New Orleans. If you are a fan of real café au lait -- with notes of chicory -- you will not find it here. But what annoyed me equally is that I paid with a credit card and automatically started receiving text messages from PJ's without giving my phone number or consent to use it. I never give my cell number for this type of service -- and did not know it was linked to my card in this way -- but I also have never had a place I patronized assume they could access it like this! I wanted a change from the usual Starbucks, and I like to patronize smaller companies -- but I think I will stay with the tried and true next time, and I will not be back. read more

I have never been to PJ's myself -- but over the weekend I was sick with Strep and had it DoorDashed. I just needed good coffee ASAP. I ordered two different coffees (because when I am new to a place I don't want to be disappointed if I don't like one ). I got the Macchiato with peppermint syrup (my traditional) and I took a chance on trying the Pralines & Cream Latte. Well I messed up. Instead of two smalls I should have gotten one giant Pralines & Cream Latte!! It was amazing. The macchiato wasn't bad at all -- but I did not finish it after the latte. Haha! Sadly I do not get to that side of Montgomery very often but will always stop by when I am there -- and will definitely be DoorDashing from here quite often! Regarding food, I have two children so I ordered: 1 cinnamon roll, 1 chocolate muffin, 3 regular beignets and 1 order of beignet bites. My son had never had beignets but loved them. My daughter had them once in NOLA last year and said they were just as good as those! I never asked what they thought of the other items. But their plates were empty. So I think that says enough. For myself I got the croissant. It was delicious. I love fresh croissants and this did not disappoint. read more

My son and I stopped by this morning to get a coffe for me and breakfast for him. I got the Nitro Cold Brew and my son ordered a frozen hot chocolate and beignets. It was all very good and the staff was very helpful as it was our first time at a PJ's. Would definitely recommend. read more
