Wish you guys had a set up to make this faster. Every time going through it's the longest wait. Love your coffee though so it's worth it... I would go more if it went faster ;) read more

I love the fact that they are so friendly and the coffee taste great. Great Insight facilities and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. read more

I find myself only writing reviews if service is really bad or really good. This Wake Up Call is well-deserving! They nail it every single time. The staff is so nice. They are always packed which is a good sign. This is one of the few places I could actually justify coming to every single morning! read more

I love this place! Staff is always so friendly, helpful, and make the best coffee ever!!!!! I come every time we're in this area and often I'll come just to get some wake up. My mom who lives in Maryland loves this place and we come just about everyday for their coffee. I've converted my husband who's a Starbucks fan and now loves Wake Up more! I would definitely recommend this place. They also have some goodies to eat. It's just an all around great coffee spot wether you're on the go or have time to come in, sit, and relax. If you haven't gone, make it a point to do so! You won't be disappointed!!!!! read more

Great service and great products. Close walking distance to lots of local airbnb homes. They made great suggestions on what we would like and they nailed it. Thank you so much. read more

Okay to start if you have not been here you need to go at least once. Your life will not be complete without the taste of their glorious coffee. What you order is what you get, their prices are super awesome, their staff is even more awesome, and they are FAST. So fast Jimmy John's looks slow in comparison. Seriously if they have a line no worry, I was car number 7 and I was out in 6 min. How do they do that you ask? Well they send their magical memory ladies out to get everyone's orders. Then when you pull up to the window your coffee/tea/breakfast/morning crack/cappuccino/frappuccino/ and whatever else you order is already made. If you go there as often as I do they learn your car and order and it goes even faster, so seriously make this your morning stop. read more

Wake Up Call - Freya - Super long line. I got in line at 7:16, had my coffee and was on my merry way at 7:22. Jimmy John's needs some lessons on speed. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Spokane, Washington

I love wake up call!! Rianne is my fave wake up call worker! She is so sweet and always provides the best recommendations! She suggested putting cream in my redbull drink and it was great!! :)) read more

I'm not a big fan of coffee chains but wake up call blows Starbucks and Dutch bros out of the water. The staff here is always so friendly and the drinks are made perfect. Wake up call is my backup plan when I can't get to my favorite little coffee shack read more

I used to be a Starbucks addict. And now I realize how much better coffee can taste! I used to always go to the Evergreen location but so glad the South Hill finally has one! (Time to head to the Northside!) Amber (I think she is a manager?) is so fantastic and has trained the crew well, I don't know how they remember 4-5 cars' worth of drinks at a time. The drinks are always delicious. They have 3 "specialty drinks" that are fantastic, standard coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and even delicious breakfast bagels. The service is top notch - my drink is ready for me by the time I get to the window to pay, which is great since I am always running late! read more

I am a pretty big fan of the Wake Up Calls here in Spokane. I have been with them since the beginning and am so proud of them for expanding all over the city. They have great coffee and great service too. The breakfast sandwiches are so GOOD. The Nitro Cold Brew is also very tasty as well. I love the shop vibes and the drive thru. Always love a good punch card system too. read more

The reason Wake up call is always so busy is because they're the best!!! The girls have always been & always are so sweet & patient with me. read more

Hands-down my favorite coffee in Washington state. Every time I drive up to Spokane I have to have coffee there when I first get there and when I leave read more

Huge fan of this coffee stand! I always try something new when I go. I believe Caitlyn is her name, always has some pretty interesting combination of flavors. 5 star service too!! I'll definitely be back real soon! read more

Super tasty, normal coffee shop prices, and great service. Definitely a fun little place to check out!

1. They ditch you while you are asking questions about their food menu to physically walk out of the building and go take other cars' orders. 2. Once they come back to actually help the person AT the window, they rush you. If you have a question about their breakfast bagels, you are seriously so annoying because time is money. 3. Immediately after ringing you up they force you to move your car forward and even park it and wait for them to bring out your coffee. Or in the case of what happened this most recent time, they made me drive to the OTHER window after I paid to wait for my drink/food. And I kid you not- a car got there right before me, and I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE AGAIN even though I had already paid. You guys, it is infuriating. They are these little dictators who think they're cool- it is the weirdest vibe/culture.... 3. When they come out to you in the drive through, they do this weird thing where they try to be cool and "memorize" many drinks at once because they don't write them down. And I am not kidding...when they've done that, they've gotten my drink wrong every. Single. Time. 4. Even if you're a lucky one that they only make drive forward a little so they can ring up the car behind you while you wait for your drink, you have no ability to see a menu anymore or ask and questions. Or correct the milk they're pulling out because 75% of the time they do the wrong milk. IF I ever go back there again, I am going to flat out refuse to move my car in any way shape or form until I physically have my coffee in my hand. I can't believe I'm even saying those words about a coffee stand. A COFFEE STAND. read more

I love wake up call! The people at the Dishman Mica Wake Up call are always so friendly. Jackie especially is the best. She always remembers my name and remembers my drink. read more

Waited in line for over 35 mins just to get told they are closed, keep in mind it wasn't 7pm yet. This was March 18th, the lady was very rude about it. read more

Great coffee. Really bitchy staff. I was 2 minutes late for one of their "specials days" and the girl was extremely rude... I'm not mad cuz I was late, which i never am. I'm irritated that the girls are just blah. not the first time Rude, not smiling, it's like I inconvenience them when i come in, like I don't fit the profile you wanted? Not worth the money for that. I'll go to dutch bros around the corner for great staff, service and coffee. read more

I'm extremely upset that I waited in line for over 40 mins to get a drink with 4 cars in front of me each ordering a single drink this is ridiculous and I will not be returning when these are people working read more

Wakeup call is a good coffee place, but they always seem to mess up my order. I always get an iced white chocolate americano but lately it comes out either hot, or as a latte. I think it's way to busy and the employees move too fast to remembe orders.I'm not generally picky but if I'm paying $4 for a drink I want it to be right. I dont think I will be coming here much anymore. Other coffee places seem to get my order right, not sure whats going on here... read more

Do you often roll over on a rainy morning and hit snooze? Sure, maybe 10 more minutes will change things... Or maybe nothing will change and you'll have 10 less minutes to get ready. Cut that crap out with a LIFE changing cup o' joe from Wake Up Call. Not only was I instantly welcomed by Jamie and Sam with an epiphany of gratitude, but I also suddenly felt like I finally belonged to something bigger than myself. The atmosphere of the clean, tidy coffee joint had just the right touch of character to allow me to be myself, but also to slowly assimilate into their near perfect world of coffee and pastries as I sipped on my brew on this dark, rainy morning. 10 out of 10 - the best alternative to 10 more minutes of sleep. Don't push that button - a whole new life is waiting for you! read more

Really inconsistent. I order the same drink every time, and it's never the same. Pretty simple drink: nitro cold brew, light cream, caramel sauce. You would think that would be straight forward enough, but nope. I keep going back because when it's made correctly, it's amazing, but apparently not all of their baristas are equally skilled. read more

I had great customer service! I appreciate how friendly and communicative they were as well as how fast they made my drink!

I know my espresso. I am very picky when it comes to the taste of my drinks. It doesn't matter which baristas make my drink, it is perfect every time. My traditional drink is a 16oz triple iced caramel latte with non fat milk. No other espresso stand or cafe even comes close for some reason. I was told it was because they make it with love :) I even buy their whole beans to make my own espresso at home it's so smooth. read more

I got the worst service I've ever received tonight at this location. No customer service what so ever I was astonished. I pulled up and was greeted to "what can I get you" and when I told her what I'd like I got a cool that'll be 3.75.. that was it. For someone who works in customer service herself, I know what the bare minimum you should give is. read more

So they do this thing where they come out to your car if there is a line and take your order. Literally 3 times in a row, they messed up my order because they don't write anything down and will have 4 cars worth of orders in their mind. It drives me nuts. I finally just stopped going there. When I order almond milk because my breastfeeding baby is allergic to cows milk, that's an important detail to me. read more

I absolutely LOVE Wake Up Call!! Every morning I would get my coffee, and every time I received superior customer service and the coffee was always perfect. Even after leaving town for months, the ladies still remembered me AND my delicious drink. Not a thing has changed and I absolutely love it. read more

My absolute favorite coffee! It's always such a treat to go inside and say hi to the employees. Amber does a great job! I recommend anything with their sugar free caramel sauce. Much better than most sugar free caramel syrups. read more

Use to come here everyday the staff is friendly and remembered my drink every time thanks ladies.

Walked in with my family and I have to say we felt like we were an inconvenience rather than a customer. I expressed that my drink was a little too sweet and was not offered a remake at all. This was my first time here and was not impressed with how long it took for someone to help us or the attitude of the batistas. read more

This was my first time at Wake Up Call. The girls were all very friendly with me and each other it was a very relaxed environment. I can tell that they enjoy their job and working together. I asked for a recommendation since I'm new to this establishment and was told the special was Love Potion #9. I gave it a shot exactly how she recommended it and it was absolutely amazing!! Prices are very reasonable as well, maybe even better than most other coffee shops because the quality of the service and drinks is above expectations. I will definitely be visiting again and recommend Wake Up Call to all my friends. read more

The coffee is great, love the chocolate they use in the mochas. However the customer service is lacking. Excellent most of the time but the late night girls are not friendly. And not just on one occasion either. I try to go to other Wake up call locations and avoid the 5th street one. read more

Went there a couple weeks ago. Ordered two drinks and when one girl bent over to grab the glasses her hair was all over the counter and other cups. I watched yet another girl playing with her hair while working with food. I myself feel they should at the very least have their hair in a pony tail. Made me sick so won't go back. I prefer a clean place to buy food and drink rather than a hair salon. One girl that had just started did have her hair up and was very considerate of our feelings in the hair issue read more

What a beautiful place. I love the look of it, got a Dr.Who kind of look. (Phone booth) the people there are so nice! I got compliments and fast service. Delicious coffee. Nicely lit. Homey feel to it. The people there have smiles. This place is so amazing. New favorite coffee place, with a continent location! They do say the coffee is hot and to be careful but I just went in and drank the coffee, and it was drinkable! But still really warm. You know what I'm asking for Christmas? A gift card here! My first time there I fell right in love with it. The music is really good. Not too loud but not too quiet. Beautifully decorated. Free wifi. Small but roomy. A quiet place (but not too quiet that makes it feel awkward) to be able to do homework. I got automatically good vibes. I have a friend who loves Dr.Who and loves coffee so I sent her a picture and recommended it to her, she got excited! She felt the vibes through the phone! There are so many good things about this place I can't think of one bad thing! I guess I'm gonna be annoying a lot of people non stop talking about this place! Comfortable seating. Not too pricey. When I come here I feel loved, I feel like I'm at my best friends house. I feel respected. Beautiful cups that keep the heat in and won't burn your fingers. After drinking the coffee I still feel warm (not too warm or too full that makes you feel uncomfortable). The one I just went to today the people said that they have been only open three days and they already got it all under control. Have so mentioned that coffee is delicious? If I haven't, then I just did! Love it. Yummy! I totally recommend this place! Don't be shy when going there, and even if you are there's no problem, I'm sure you will feel like you have more confidence! I sure do! Your still reading this? You must be getting excited! Go there! Go there right now!!! You won't regret it!!! :D oh! Almost forgot to mention, they don't just have coffee, they have teas, and smoothies, energy drinks, envy's, bagels, donuts, etc! read more
