Waikoloa coffee located on Hilton Grand Resort in Waikoloa also has another location at the shops. Came here every morning and was greeted but wonderful staff. I like the selections that are unique to Hawaiian islands. My favorites are the Ube latte and the coconut lattes. They have smoothies and I tried all of them sun e we were here the whole week and they are all good. The only thing is that you cannot customize the smoothie items and the choices for baked items sell out fast. There are some tables in the sun to sit at or you. An sit in the hotel lobby since the coffee shop is directly outside of tower lobby. read more

Food is pre made so nothing special there. Starbucks like food. Ambiance is nice. You are in Hawaii, it's beautiful. The water canal needs a fountain to keep the water moving so it doesn't put off a foul smell. The service is not efficient. One person takes the order and rings then the prep starts.....?? Adopting the Starbucks like approach to getting orders in and done would be nice. The online order option NEVER seems to taking any orders. Maybe it is down but I was personally never able to order ahead to avoid the 10-12 person line that seemed constant. This property has two locations at each "tower" and the other shop on the other side of the resort has very limited hours. This current model is okay if it is not slammed, but with really large groups, it's NOT efficient AT ALL. It is fixable. read more

I really like the convenience of this place if you are staying in the Lagoon (Makai) Tower. They have various choices for breakfast that make it much cheaper than the breakfast Buffay very easy to caffeinate to get something to eat. The real problem is that they don't seem to order enough! I went at 8:15 in the morning and they had already sold out of croissants. Their croissants are pretty darn delicious (I finally scored one today). But it's like the hotel doesn't want people just eat here, so they only order a Limited amount of each day, as the day goes on are stuck with what's left or have to go elsewhere. When they have the stuff I want I like it a lot lol. But they should be ordering more! And thank goodness they are open later at this tower than at the coffee cart at the ocean tower. read more

I am absolutely surprised that they even carry Honolulu coffee at this location. It is absolutely delicious. They have a variation of coffee whether it's hot or cold and they also have pastries along with other stuff like cereals and the huge merchandise wall. The service is very welcoming very kind it's clean in the mornings. There can be a big line and the next coffee shop close by it's quite a bit of a distance. The ambulance is calm. It's quiet overall highly recommend over Starbucks. read more

I would say this place was good if we were all living in fantasyland, but unfortunately, we are not. so my honest opinion is that this kiosk stand thing is just mid. We were looking for something small to eat for breakfast, so we ordered açaí bowls an apple turnover and a kona mocha freeze (I think thats what they call their frappés) The açaí bowls were okay. Pre-frozen açaí with tear off tops decorated with fruits. (Feesh bananas and blueberries, frozen strawberries and granola.) At least the girl who put the fruits on top made it look pretty. Kona mocha was über bitter. Had to add a LOT of simple syrup and half and half to make it taste okay. Apple turnover tasted pre-bought and frozen. We sat alongside the kiosk where they have a handful of tables with little umbrellas for shade. Three stars for their food and their little sitting area on the side of the kiosk. (The elderly couple next to us had to move because the sun was directly overhead, frying their brains the poor things.) One star for their service. There were three women working behind the counter. The youngest one making the açaí bowls was fine, she didn't deal with customers, Just prepared the food. The two older looking/middle aged ones were the ones who were rude. Keep in mind that We've never tried this place before, so we were ordering off the menu on the wall after seeing it for the first time. It was not busy, no one was in line before or after us, and it was early so no one was really up and about yet. (Except the elderly couple mentioned above.) My husband asked questions about the menu, as is normal and customary for people to do when they don't know what is what, and they were side eyeing each other the whole time. We even caught the oldest looking one rotating her finger next to her head in that way that indicates she thought my husband was crazy for asking questions. They laughed and exchanged glances several times after looking at him as he was ordering. Like come on, wtf? Sooo old and still acting like preschoolers. Uncalled for and completely unprofessional. Extremely Bad customer service. Who wants to be treated like that? The only guess I have as to why they were being rude to us like that is because we are local and don't look like typical tourists. I'm hoping their bosses see this because those two older women who were working this morning, 9/6/23 need to be retrained/written up/ talked to. Staying in the Makai Tower and I wanted something a little stronger than the conventional room coffee. Waikoloa coffee is located very close to the elevators to my room. Coffee is strong and packs a punch. I should've stopped there, but I was curious about the burrito since the description got the better of me, so I ordered it. For a whooping $10, the burrito was about the size of a finger food snack. But there's always the coffee. The people eating at the table next to me ordered the acai bowl and that did look delicious. That might be worth checking out. read more

We stopped here twice during our less than 3 day stay at the resort. When in Kona, it would be a sin not to indulge in Kona coffee. This place is really small, almost like a little food booth at a concert. It is outside and located at the beginning of the tram track. It is a nice little option on this massive resort. One of our trips here was due to an event listed on the schedule for that day, which was coffee tastings. Um, hello?!?!? Of course we had to go! We were confused when we arrived because there were no signs or activity indicating the tastings. We hung around for a little and then the coffee tanks were set up for everyone to try. There were only 2 options and we tried both obviously! We then purchased coffee drinks to go. I ordered an iced coffee, while hubs ordered a hot coffee. OMG!!! Everything about the coffee was great! I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible so I was super excited to see they offer metal straws. I grabbed one for my coffee but forgot to return it, so I'm sorry. But every time I use that straw, it reminds me of here. The staff were super friendly, personable, and helpful. There are a couple of tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your drinks and food. Oh yeah-they serve some sandwiches and pastries. We ordered a breakfast sandwich to split in the afternoon and it was delicious! I highly recommend stopping here! read more

I enjoyed the coffee and the pastries here. The Hawaiian latte was very good, but super sweet (and again, I love me some sweet drinks!). I cut it with some black coffee from my friend's cup and enjoyed it more. They have a pretty decent pastry case, with both sweet and savory options. I had the chocolate croissant on another visit, which was also very good - flakey and warm after they heated it, with dark chocolate filling. I also saw quiche, ham and cheese sandwiches, cookies, and other goodies. If you're at the resort, it's a decent and relatively efficient breakfast option. read more

Truthfully nothing special, but it's coffee at the resort. Ordered an iced macnut latte with skim milk and it was decent! Not too sweet. Would order again. Paid $8.50 for this egg, bacon and cheese biscuit smaller than the size of my hand which came out still frozen. I asked them to reheat it again and it got better but still was not good, didn't taste real, and I would rather eat airplane food. Maybe tomorrow I'll stick to coffee and a pastry read more

This coffee spot is one of the few that exist in the resort, so there is not much competition. Considering that, it is okay. It's quite pricey, but that's the Hawaii/resort experience. My personal take is that the coffee here is not to die for, not to mention that their preparation time is a bit longer than you'd hope. You don't particularly want to wait around outdoors on a hot day while you're craving some coffee, so it would be nice if they developed the capability to whip up some coffee a little quicker. But that aside, I just felt that this place was not particularly memorable. It's just a place you go to because you don't want instant coffee and this is one of the only options in the area that have some variety in coffee drinks. read more

Espresso is sour. Got it 4 days in a row because it was our quickest option and we just needed to slug down some shots in the morning. I went to another shop that uses the same beans, Kona Coffee, and was arguably the best shot I've ever had. As an espresso machine owner, and knowing they use good beans, I'm confident the machine can be adjusted and dialed in not to be sour. The room service menu didn't look so great so went downstairs to the Waikoloa coffee stand to get some pastries and some coffee. I had the nutty Hawaiian latte and it was very good. The nut flavor was tasty and sweet enough that I didn't need to add any sugar. They offer an acai bowl and smoothie, but it didn't look super so I opted for a ham and cheese croissant. I also picked up a lemon ginger scone (very ginger-y) and chocolate croissant for the kids. The 4 items totaled about $28 so if you are kama'aina, be sure to tell them because they will give you a discount. Everything was great except for the price, but that's too be expected. Thankful that I got a discount! There are two locations on the property, ocean tower and lagoon tower. The lagoon tower location also serves waffles. read more

There are two Waikoloa Coffee locations at the Hilton, and both are pretty much identical except for their seating options. This one is at the "Lagoon Tower," and I think the seating options are way better than the location in the "Ocean Tower." All the tables here are in the shade, and they are set back away from any high-traffic areas. Additionally, there is a nice view of the water taxi "river" and a mini island with a bunch of birds on it. So, I think this location is much more relaxing and pleasant than the other. If you want to get some work done, this is a much better place to do it than the "Ocean Tower" location. For that reason, I am giving it one more star. Besides that, my review is exactly the same, as I tried both locations and the service and offerings are nearly identical: The coffee here is pretty good. I had both the pour-overs and the regular drip coffee, and both are solid (the pour-over is obviously better than the drip, but it will also set you back $7-$8, so you should probably really be into coffee to get it). They also have a full espresso bar and some "foo-foo" beverages like blended sugary coffee smoothies. In any case, it's a very welcome change from that big coffee chain that seems to be everywhere these days. Aside from that, they offer a few food options. I tried the açai bowls at both locations, but I was not all that impressed. There was not much of an açai flavor, and the base was much more of a lighter, smoothie-like consistency than the thicker consistency that is the hallmark of most açai bowls. The toppings were meager, and the bowl was pretty small for almost $11. All in all, there are better bowls out there, but you will have to travel pretty far from the hotel to get them. Still, it hot the spot on a warm Hawaiian day. The staff is very nice and friendly, and I enjoyed talking to them at both locations. The prices, while expensive, are on par with everything else around here. If you expected a $2 cup of coffee, you probably shouldn't have visited one of the most expensive resorts on the entire island. Give them a try! read more

We enjoyed coming here every morning for coffee and breakfast. Yes. It is very overpriced resort food but it was good. I'm from the land of Hipster Coffee and even brought some with us. My husband enjoyed having coffee every day. They serve a Kona blend. I was in love with Hawaiian Lattes. Way better than the cr** they serve at Starbucks which gives me a headache without fail... The croissants were good too. They warm up the the ham and cheese for you. I LOVED the quiche. It was creamy and flavorful and full of good stuff. At the Lagoon Tower you can get a fresh waffle with fruit. $16 is a bit steep but I wanted to try it once. It's good. Buying beans here is just way too expensive. We picked some up at a few places in Kona for less than half their prices. read more

I grabbed coffee here a couple of mornings while staying in the Ocean Tower, before moving to the Lagoon Tower. I like my coffee plain and hot, and what i received was fresh, hot, and smooth. One morning, I grabbed a piece of guava bread, and it was delicious. It's a little pricey, but so is everything in the hotel food world. Seating is lackluster, especially when it's rainy, but I just went back to my room. Staff is really friendly and helpful, so that is always a plus in my eyes. Some mornings, the lines can get really long and move slowly, but when you're in paradise...you deal with it! read more

This place isn't very memorable for the couple times I came here besides the fact that I paid 9.75 for an iced latte with almond milk and all their açaí bowls are preblended and frozen. They asked me to wait for their açaí bowls to thaw (yeah, nevermind)-- I see they have blenders for their smoothies but I guess they're unable to run it through the blender again. Honestly I would rather go to an actual coffee farm or make the coffee in your room if you're staying on property. read more

This coffee is just okay. It's not bad but it's not great, it's just the only option you have here at the resort if you aren't going to breakfast and don't want to walk to Starbucks. If you want true Hawaii coffee the the sweet acidic notes of volcanic ash you can find better shops in Kona town. read more

Delicious local coffee, great staff.. The best part are the açai bowls loaded with granola and bananas. Today I opted for the waffle special. Loaded with strawberries, toasted macadamia nuts and whipped cream. (Though I opted to go without, I was afraid it would turn my waffle to mush.) So many macadamia nuts, I thought I would burst! Real maple syrup and butter. If you've got kids, and want them to burn off calories at the pool, this is the brekkie of choice. Possibly a bit spendy, but I expect that on the islands. Was a little apprehensive to try this place out, but went around 10am and 11am with hardly any wait, but most importantly the cappuccino was great! They have simple syrup by the milk canisters. A little pricey, but flavor was worth it. They have GF oatmeal, baked goods you can request toasted, and a small section of merchandise ( t-shirts, reusable water jugs, etc). read more

These are coffee shops located at opposite ends of the Hilton Waikoloa resort, both on the ends of the tram and boat stops. Knocking off a few stars because quality varied between the two locations, with the one in the ocean tower being slightly better than the one in the lagoon tower. For example, sometimes undiluted cold brew was used to make ice coffee, which is too strong if that's not what you're expecting. For espresso drinks, the pulls were inconsistent and sometimes too bitter, but it's better than nothing in the morning. If you've got some time to leave the property for coffee and want a bit more consistency (and don't mind their roast), there's a Starbucks located in the Queen's Marketplace and you can order your drinks ahead with the mobile application. If you can't be bothered to leave, this is your spot, but keep an eye on how your drink is being made and give it a taste before you leave. read more

There are two very small locations inside of the Hilton Waikoloa Village. The expresso drinks definitely do not live up to the outrageous prices. My latte at the Ocean Tower location was bland and lukewarm. The employees are unprofessional and somewhat rude. With the few coffee options around, Waikoloa isn't a terrible choice. Unfortunately, I would have to recommend the Starbucks at Queen's Shops over this local chain. read more

Absolutely completely beyond disappointed. The girls that work there are sweet and all that but this is ridiculous. First I go in the morning for a $12 acai bowl which is $3 more than I paid at Island Vintage Coffee (which is amazing) and it was a joke. Literally acai, crap granola and maybe a 1/2 a banana. No blueberries, no strawberries, no honey. Then I give them a second shot and go to get coffee. I ordered a medium iced Hawaiian latte w/ soy milk and asked them not to add any ice because I want to put it in my fridge and drink it later. $9!!! AND they didn't add ice but they did FILL the space that should have been left with soy milk I explained exactly what ai wanted and now have a huge cup of soy milk with a faint hint of espresso for nine frickin dollars!! $21 completely wasted. read more
