From the moment we entered, we felt like valued guests. The employees were friendly, hospitable, and were super thankful for our business. I ordered rainbow with ice cream and azuki beans. Loved the fact that they use Dave's ice cream (and not the cheap stuff that's probably not even ice cream). The ice is powdery and snow soft and melts in your mouth! The ratio of syrup to ice is just right - it was not overly sweet like some other places. Prices are also SUPER reasonable compared to other tourist places. They also sell aloha wear and accessories, making this place a one stop shop for all your local needs. Definitely make the trip to Makaha to get some delicious shaved ice then walk across the street to enjoy it on the beach.

I live and work in town and I rarely leave town, but just to visit this place again, I drove all the way out here to get another dessert from them! The staff is so cute and friendly and their fruits are relatively fresh! It's a pretty sizable cup of ice wave and it's definitely a shareable size, but I can easily finish it myself because it's so good! This is one reason why I leave town. I'm really hoping they open one in town soon. It's also great to support local businesses! I'll be visiting this place sometime very soon again!

I ordered the small strawberry frost and it was yummy! I really like how this type of dessert is light and it comes with the fresh fruit and soft mochi pieces. Everyone enjoyed their frost and smoothies. The worker who took our order was friendly and our orders came out within a timely manner. Some of the people in our group also had fun with the claw machine! Frost City is a nice spot to have dessert and hangout!

I went with the mango and coconut combo. The mango was delicious, as always, but the coconut was far more subtle and ended up getting overpowered by the bold mango flavor. I'd probably order them separately next time. Despite the enjoyable shave ice, I knocked down a star for because of the lack of ventilation. The interior is actually a lot nicer than the one in town, but for some reason, it was pretty stuffy in there and the air was stale. It made for an uncomfortable dine-in experience.

The menu is straightforward and the display case shows all the poke styles available. We ordered two poke bowls - one shoyu poke bowl and another bowl with half shoyu and half California. Each poke bowl was $20. The poke bowls come with two scoops of rice and toppings of furikake, sauce, and some crunchy bits. The poke was fresh and delicious.
