The staff is so kind and informative. They let you know if there were any concerns with your pets behavior or eating habits. They are super accommodating and allow you to bring your pets favorite toy or treats and even their bed for boarding. They keep detailed notes and ensure they understand what your pets needs are and how to care for them . They even administer meds for your pet. They have surveillance and you can watch you pet play during the day using the odoggy app. You only have access to the cameras at night if your pet is staying in a VIP room. They have treat options like hot dogs and ice cream and grooming options for your pet during their stay. My favorite time is when I pick my pup up and she is so happy to see me and the staff provides a picture and/ or report card of how her stay went. Nice size parking lot and right off the highway for pet parents.., little shop inside for last minute needs, they also have indoor and outdoor areas for the pups and a puppy pool. Prices are going up a few dollars in September but currently a small room is $53 per night.. I believe VIP is $75 per night but is a larger room with a TV and camera access for pet parents. They do have a fees for late pickups and different things so just keep in mind because that can add up quickly. All in all my pups loves this place and sleeps for two days after all the playing she does while here. This will continue to be my go to. Even with the pending price increase, they are right in line with similar boarding facilities in the area

When she moved away(military) we were so sad and bounced around from groomer to groomer. I felt like they didn't listen to me or ignored my requests. We have 2 samoyeds. They require a TON of grooming. My husband and I work full time and its hard to find time to provide them with the required grooming. But Catalina is absolutely phenomenal!!! She takes her time on my puppers and always does a great job. She's really good about not cutting hair unless is absolutely needed which is a super hard to find quality in groomers. That's why we bounced around with different groomers. Catalina is really good about taking her time and getting all the loose fur without having to cut the fur and that's huge for me and my dogs. I definitely recommend her for all your grooming needs! We see her once a month and hope she never moves from Orlando.

The therapy has been helping my dog feel more alive with arthritis and laxating Patella. The pulse therapy, combined with the nail clips have helped my dog not slip, and seems to be helping curb the stiffness. We have been going to BGE for just…read moreover a year now and here's why I love them: For starters, they are a cage/stress free groomer which means your pup isn't crated in a drying cage like they do at many other groomers. This means your pup is in great hands from beginning to end which gives them a spa like experience. When I drop him off and they take him to the back, I always hear them say "Everyone, Remy is here!" and the groomers all say "Hi Remy!" which I think is such a cute touch that allows me to leave peacefully knowing he's cared for. The best part is after they're groomed, they get a complimentary photo shoot! I will say this is what I look forward to most after picking my pup up. They upload their photos on their Facebook page and there's always such a cute theme to celebrate whatever is going on that month/season. We even sometimes get paw print art to take home! All in all, there is no better groomer than BGE!
