They typically share a suite which fits them both. They provide plenty of interaction with other dogs. One of the items I thought was great was prior to allowing your dogs to stay at their location, they see if your dogs interact "well" with other dogs. I recommend the dog cleaning prior to you bringing them home with you. :) I wish they had an outdoor space for the dogs to run outside and get some despair (I believe they are working on this??). I loved the option of clipping our dogs nails; easy and efficient (10.00 for mail clipping and 15.00 for grinding). They do an excellent job with posting pictures through their social media channels when your pets stay with them. Overall, good location. We'll definitely be back.

We pre-portioned his food into individual per-meal bags (he eats partial raw + kibble) specifically so staff wouldn't have to measure anything -- just open a bag and feed it. Despite that, at least one full meal was clearly never given to him. When we brought this up at pickup, staff insisted their system showed he'd eaten "most of his food," even though the physical, pre-measured bag was sitting right there unused. No one seemed willing to look past what the point/tracking system said versus what we could visibly see. If our dog didn't finish a bagged serving, someone should have flagged it -- not argued that the log was more accurate than the food in front of us. We had also requested a bath for him, which was never given. And there was confusion at pickup about whether we were dropping off or picking up, which didn't inspire confidence in how carefully things were being tracked that day. For a dog with specific dietary needs, this was a stressful experience. Wouldn't board here again.

They even played dress up and watched Christmas movies. There is no one else we would trust to watch our dog Henry. He's like our child and we love him so much. She understands and takes excellent care of him every time. She also doesn't watch other dogs while she's watching your dog. She has her own two dogs and they are very gentle and playful. Henry loves visiting them and having a puppy vacation.

I have seen clients walk out the front door with smiles on their faces with their dogs are also really well behaved because of the work that Lexi, Tai, and also their trainer Max does daily. First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.

Whisker Park took him in without an appointment, right before closing, and handled the whole thing with genuine warmth and empathy. The facility is immaculate and clearly designed with cats in mind. The staff -- especially Mimi and Beth -- went above and beyond to make Caspian feel at home, even accommodating his somewhat particular eating schedule without any fuss. We also took advantage of their grooming services: Caspian got a full groom and dematting, and he's been moving so much more comfortably since. He seemed completely at ease, which tells me everything. We're already planning to bring him back for his next grooming. Rates are very reasonable, and there are bundle discounts if you're combining boarding and grooming, plus a rewards program for returning guests. Whisker Park has earned a customer for life

Both the ladies I deal with are straight to the point and I appreciate that. The shop is clean and doesn't have that wet dog funk you usually find at mom and pop shops. The outside has ample parking shares with a few other businesses. I also noticed that they board (babysit) lots of small dogs and the owner has them trained to be good babies. (Although, I'm pretty sure they are good babies regardless.) The $8 price (each) was great for the trimming after just paying $20 rip-off at the Sanford Animal clinic. I especially love that they are open on Saturdays really early! Go and support this awesome local small business!
