Caitlyn was amazing our dog is a mill rescue who has huge issues over her feet.I like her hair long hubby likes her hair short. We flipped a coin.I won. Caitlyn kept her length but trimmed her up so she could see where she was going. Best foot and nail trim our dog has ever had and she trimmed her lady areas and other parts as requested as she must be kept clean as possible as she is my bedbound hubby's service dog.Birdie is very picky about who she will go to.She was excepting of Caitlyn immediately. All staff and receptionist friendly and so kind about relieving pet parents first time nerves. I was checking out other pet parents and pups stealthy...all seemed so satisfied and at least 5 pups I was nosey enough to look at had gorgeous hair with bows and hankerchief and the edges oh my the edges were crisp. I didn't really find a good selection of the items I was looking for so I didn't make a purchase nor did I have any interaction with the staff. Well being a new cat owner and the fact I haven't spent much time in a pet store I got the impression that it really is a "dog's world" it appears about 80% of the entire inventory is devote to what's been described as "man's best friend" and the remaining 20% is for all the rest of the animals. I guess if I had a "Fido" I may have enjoyed my visit here more, don't get me wrong I found nothing bad here, it's just that I actually found nothing I was looking for...

She was gruff and careless, she knew it was our puppy's first time and still chose to say things like (including, but not limited to) "you are horrible," and "i bet you feel stupid" to her. Our dog cried and screamed and the place is open so you could hear every nasty thing this woman was saying. She then proceeded to follow us outside the establishment to yell at us after I said, "that's enough, you're done." The place is also filthy inside, there is trash everywhere. If you were thinking of bringing your dog here, I would turn tail and run the other way.

After telling you that I was calling my husband to come switch places with me so I could get to the hospital where my sister was in a coma, you said, among other things, "your sister is not going anywhere!". I understand that you viewed me as "wasting [your] time". You made sure to scream that at me repeatedly as you snatched my dog from the back before he could even receive service, yelling at me to "get out of [your] business and never come back!". Therefore, I cannot leave a review of service for that day, but in all fairness we have been pleased in the past. However, what you were really seeing that day was pure suffering mixed with my confusion from a misunderstanding. My husband asked me to just drop off our dog on my way to the hospital. We usually drop him off so in my grief-addled mind that was what was happening. The misunderstanding is in no way your fault, but you refused to listen as I tried to explain. In fact, you just continued to yell and scream about my impatience. From my perspective it was cruel and deeply hurtful. However I want to thank you because your complete lack of compassion and empathy allowed my emotions to break open. I sobbed for the first time all week in your parking lot. I continued to sob as, less than an hour later, the neurologist gave me the worst case scenario prognosis that my sister was indeed in a vegetative state and would not recover. So take this review more as advice to someone dealing with humans in your business. You never know what people are dealing with and a little kindness can go a long way. I will also presume that you may have been having a really bad day too and I just happened to step through the door of your business at the wrong time.
