I chose Debbie because of her credentials as a veterinary tech as well as the 5 star ratings from some customers. I don't know what happened in the trailer, but my dog did not look groomed when she finished. His ears were greasy, his tail was knotted and not brushed out, his nails didn't appear to be clipped, and the overall haircut was choppy, and the fur on his legs were cut too short Also, she was finished with him in 45 minutes--usually takes 1 1/2 - 2 hours at a salon. I should have looked him over before she left. This is the second bad mobile grooming experience I've had. Back to the salon for Teddi! read more

Debbie was really friendly. She arrived promptly, actually a little early but I LOVE that! My Yorkshire terrier immediately took a liking to her and was ready to go anywhere Debbie wanted. Her van was quickly set up outside. It took less than an hour. His hair was so soft and he looked so cute with his puppy cut. Debbie's prices were very reasonable. I was happy to give tip for such great customer service. I will definitely use her services again. If you are a busy person, or unable to get your dog in the vehicle or just having a hard time leaving home this makes it possible to care for your pets grooming needs. Debbie traumatized my shitzu and gave him an eye injury! His eye was swollen closed, stagger around the house disoriented and unable to see! He is an old boy but if she felt he was not cooperative ...she should have stopped and notified us! She has not returned my 2 calls asking what went on in her trailer! read more

We have two Whoodles that are 13 years old. Her rating was good so we tried using her. Their haircuts were the worst they ever had. Uneven, ugly, knots left. On top of that, our one dog has cancer. She clipped the dog leaving her bleeding. Took her to the vet the next morning and she needed 4 staples. I understand they have changed their name several times over that last year. I hope no one else has the same experience. read more

So my pup had an appointment today at 3:00. It's currently 3:42 and I've been texting the groomer since 3:15 saying I'm here with zero reply. I live in Palm Coast and work in St Augustine, so I left work 3 hours early to make this appointment. I finally called and of course she said she was here early and left a card in your mailbox. Well why in the world didn't you call when we were communicating via text....she said she didn't save my phone number when we were confirming the appointment. I would run fast from this unreliable business and she will never get the opportunity to groom my dog. Buyer beware. read more

I'm a certified veterinarian technician for 29 years with my experience I have had the honor of working with a handful of great veterinarians. Since covid I started my own business and become very popular only because I've helped my clients with their pets. As a veterinarian technician I notice some concerning issues and because my experience I have presented the issues to the clients they have to go to their veterinarian as soon as possible. I have saved a few clients pets lives and they are so grateful. It has always been a passion of mine to care for animals. It's been a amazing part of my life and Im giving serves to help the Elder and Disable give their pets the love and care they deserve. Let me help eliminate the stress. Debbie is a true Godsend! She was absolutely amazing with my Blue nose pitbull (Fat Head). Fat Head was stabbed repeatedly in the neck with a 9" butcher knife by a deranged intruder. After fending off the assailant, I drove around calling and looking for an emergency animal hospital while my dog was bleeding out. Then I remembered that a friend of mine used to work as a veterinary technician I located her number and gave her a call waking her @ 5:00am I explained my situation while expressing the urgency my dog was losing too much blood I was watching my best friend die and I felt completely helpless. Debbie didn't miss a beat. She quickly calmed me down while sharing her home address with me via Facebook messenger. Upon arrival she was in her driveway not waisting another second she eased Fat Head on to the ground and went to work with care and precision. She has a special gift and she didn't hesitate to use it. Thanks for her exquisite set of skills my best friend is alive and in tip top condition. You really don't see most of the scar tissue. And Fat Head is still as good as he ever was. Debbie comes and sees us and they have a bond that is undeniable.
