Owners post one set of hours on their website, same hours on their doorway, but they close around their childs schedule instead. So its a hit or miss. I wonder how often they spray for ticks and fleas. My white socks were alive. We left without bathing our dog. read more

Our puppy needed a bath badly! This was the only self doggie wash I could find in my area on Yelp. Went 40mins to get here and it was worth it. $16 for a super clean bath tub area! All the necessary items to get your puppy clean. Super friendly staff!! Highly recommend!! FYI- they also just started a mobil dog wash service!! Sooo fabulous!! read more

We were not quite sure what we were getting into with our 2 large (100 lb) well-tempered dogs but decided to do the self-serve wash. It was great-greeted at the door, helped with everything as it was our first time and had a wonderful experience. Everything was very clean. The service in walking us through the soaping, watering, drying was excellent. Everything provided for us and our 13 year old husky-akita"ish" dogs were cleaned. I highly recommend the do-it-yourself wash as once we were done we just walked away. $25-yes that was all for 2 large dogs. I have to mention the customer service again as we assisted every step of the way and next time will be able to walk in and do totally by ourselves. We do have our dogs groomed at least once every year and would have no reservations based upon the look and feel of the shop, and the incredible friendliness of the staff. read more

TERRIBLE grooming experience. We couldn't believe our eyes when we picked up our dog. Looked like a blind person groomed him. Clearly she has no professional experience or training. Uneven allover. Tufts of hair sticking out everywhere. Front paws cut short, back paws long. His belly and genital area not groomed at all. Poor thing looks like a mutt now. AND, they had the audacity to charge $80! In over 20 years of owning dogs all over the US, we've NEVER paid close to that much, let alone for the worst haircut we've ever seen. We'll now need to take him somewhere else to fix it. I plan to tell everyone we know to stay clear of this business. Update: Took them 9 months to respond to this review - not very interested in feedback. Shock would describe how we felt when we picked up our dog. It was so bad that any feedback would have been fruitless or possibly a confrontation. What would be the point? They were clearly not even trained professionals. So yes, we paid our bill quietly and even allowed him to be photographed. And yes, while every price is based on each individual grooming, it's still more (by $20) than we've ever paid for fantastic, professional groomings. Again, our dog looked like he'd been groomed by a weed whipper, not in anyway a professional grooming. Suggestion: hire professional groomers or chose a different business. read more

I couldn't be happier taking my golden to Barkle n Shine. It is the cleanest dog grooming facility I have been to, Cathy and Suzie are so sweet and kind to all the dogs that come in there, and they do a beautiful job grooming. Their fees are very competitive, but even if they weren't, this is the place I would go. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a suggestion, they are awesome!! read more
