    Mochi & cheese cake

To me Wagamama isn't a place you go to for fine dining but just want to grab a quick bite. Having said that, never have I tasted better mochi than here - it's the main reason I like to go there. A mixture of raspberry, sesame and coconut mochi all presented neatly on a small little plate on a bed of chocolade or passion fruit sauce! Sweet gherkins, my opinion of the Japanese have risen ever since I discovered the huge variety of sushi and donburi's but seriously the person who invented mochi should get a medal, pultizer, nobel price for making this world a better place. #IWantToBeLockedInsideARoomMadeOutOfMochiAndEatMyWayOut

I have been going to Wagamama for years (mostly in London). This branch, in Cambridge, is smaller than the Kensington one I'm used to, but it's quite good. The service is excellent and the noodle soups and veggie drinks are very good. A friend complained once about the appetizers but my experience has always been very good here. I live in D.C. now and we're supposed to get a Wagamama downtown. It will be interesting to see if the quality holds up in the U.S...

Ok, where to begin?! This place is BY FAR one of the BEST restaurants that I've ever been to....in my life. Starting with the Hirata Steamed Buns-they changed my life! They were light and fluffy and the meat inside had a perfect sear on them. Oh my! When I go back, I'm getting 5 orders of just buns!! My friend ordered the Wagamama ramen. Now usually, I'm not a huge fan of ramen, but every component of this dish was perfectly flavored and prepared, especially the chicken and the broth! I ordered the Raisukaree Curry with prawns, which also did not disappoint. The curry was mild, yet extremely flavorful. I was speechless at just how amazing everything tasted. The ambiance inside the restaurant is nice and relaxing and there is family-style seating. The staff is extremely nice and willing to give recommendations in case you can't decide among all the amazing options! I will DEFINITELY go back, like tomorrow.

The Samla Curry is a must have!

The selling point is healthy and power food, but if you are looking for authentic Asian food you'd better to try somewhere else.

It's not good. Don't go here for ramen. I had the wagamama ramen and gyoza and both were bland. =/

Yes it was pretty much almost about to be closing, so the item selection/ choices was very very limited. The place was also quite a mess. The tables weren't cleaned, the trash collecting area was overfilling! Overall I would say this is probably not normal during the day time when they are open. But overall this place is a super popular chain located to many train and subway stops around the UK. It's pretty much a fast food Japanese style. They have sushi pieces that you can get or bento boxes, miso soup, also some chicken katsu that they will heat up with a microwave. It's unique for sure but overall quality and how much a mess this place was, seems a little unsettling. Ordered just a few pieces of sushi because I wasn't that hungry but I knew I had to eat something. It was not super tasty or delicious, it was just edible.

I'm surprised by the high ratings on here. The service and environment were more than adequate…read more Wasabi is an upscale fast food restaurant and it feels like an upscale fast food restaurant. The prices are that of an upscale fast food restaurant. The food is not. Chicken Katsu was soggy and tasteless and the roll I got was equally tasteless. I won't go back.

I think Yelp made a mistake in combining the two because there is a certain level of authenticity to Yelpers especially when they reach Elite status in which I hope to apply to soon and have been Elite status in the past. So here is my authentic review about U Sushi.... I am a repeat customer, I live 13 miles away and I crave U Sushi (I am from America) and my standards are very high, and what I love about U Sushi is their all you can eat sushi menu. I go and stuff myself silly. I ordered to my heart's content salmon egg sushi and masago sushi. The ingredients are so fresh. Mind you, I am eating raw fish eggs. Both the salmon eggs and masogo eggs were top. The salmon sashimi was to die for. I stole many pieces from my husband. I really enjoyed their spicy tuna hand roll. Their salmon roll and their seaweed salad. I didn't have one but two seaweed salads and they were nothing short of delicious. Service was very prompt and accommodating. I give them a 5 star rating on both their customer service, promptness of sushi and sashimi (made to order by one sushi chef, who is amazing) and the very kind and attentive waitresses. They have a nice selection of Japanese drinks in the cooler. I enjoyed a grape flavored aloe vera juice with nice chunky pieces of aloe vera. I really look forward to my next all you can eat fat American moment at U Sushi. This is the only sushi restaurant that I know of that I can eat until I am full and not walk out feeling hurt because I am still hungry and spent twice as much. The food has never given me a problem unlike the other review said, I eat here at least once a month and eat a lot every time I go, never had an issue. Here is a tip for U Sushi: it is best to call ahead and make a reservation, I called on Bank Holiday Monday and they confessed to having a 17 person reservation and that I needed to get there one hour before the 17 person reservation arrived. It is a smaller establishment and seating is limited, it may hold up to 20-25 customers tops. There is one man behind the bar so please be patient and kind as he works as quickly as he can to fill your belly.
