The pork belly was incredible- the best we've ever had. Tender, soft, rich, and a generous portion. Plenty of leftovers there. My enlightened bowl felt extremely healthy and fresh. I felt like a horse in a pasture. I stole many bites of pork. I might suggest adding a protein besides the salmon crumbles (it comes with those, but think tuna packet texture). The rest of the breakfast was classic and hearty. The scrambled eggs were good, the bacon was crispy, and the biscuit was huge. This is definitely one of those places where you should come hungry because the portions are not playing with you. I also loved the personality of the restaurant. It doesn't feel polished or cookie-cutter at all. It has this funky, quirky, old-school Chattanooga character that makes eating there feel like part of the trip instead of just another breakfast stop.
