Initially I was getting it to go but after looking around it wasn't too busy so I decided to eat in. Casual setting! Always clean and the tables are stocked with/condiments. 2 menus per table if add'l are needed just ask. This meal will run you $12 bc I got a Coke. ($2.50) It's quite filling and delicious!!! Hello all and good afternoon. Let me start with the good. I do like the fact that there is a drive thru and the waffles are good. Now the bad. The scrambled eggs seem to always have shells in them. When I order cheese in the eggs, the cheese is no where to be found. Also, lately there is no seasoning in the eggs. No salt no nothing. I give Waffle House a 3 star because I love how people of all places, can appreciate a good simple diner, simple breakfast menu, late night cravings and always having the option when you're in Atlanta to always know waffle house is everywhere! I love a fresh hash-browns with some grilled onions, and I nice toasty waffle! But lately and for the past few years when I let my food sit and I eat it later on, it doesn't taste good like it use to in the past. I went through the drive thru to place my order. I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. I drove up and waited at the window for 7 minutes. The female at the window told me tge total, and said that she was sorry, but the biscuits were still in the oven. She said that the biscuits will be out in a few minutes. I did not want to inconvenience the people waiting in back of me (there were 4 cars in back of me,) and I felt that I was helping the restaurant out, by disappointingly saying "well, thats ok, just put it on white toast. It will be ok." The worker breathe a sigh of relief, and left to make the change. Two minutes went by and she told me my total again, while handing me my food. I was POed. I will tell you why I was ticked off. The price of what I orginally wanted was $6 ($3 for each sandwich.) When I said to just put the sandwich on white toast, she charged me an extra $1. I don't know who to be mad at..... myself for being considerate and settling for something I didn't want, or the restaurant for being inconsiderate of my biscuit loving sacrifice. I tell you what, I won't be considerate at that restaurant again....nope. I should have just sat there and waited for what I really wanted. Well start with the dirty counter. Giving us plastic silverware. And the waitress. Very lazy to say the least. When I asked for silverware she gave it to me. But a dirty spoon in there. She could not even give us our dish's and drinks. We had to reach for them. The food was GREAT. The service was lazy. She even gave us our check before she gave us our waffles. This was my go to breakfast spot on the way to work. However now I'm going to reconsider. I have been several times recently and their was only a cook. He will not serve you without a server present. So way are the doors open? I went there today and their was a cook and a server. When I walked in all seating is blocked off. I question the server and she replied, "I'm the only server so it's to go only." Wrong answer. I left. Have been going on a Saturday, and while it used to be a good WH, some of the current staff needs customer service training. The hostess was extremely rude to several ppl who came in simply requesting to place a to-go order, and when asked why she was being short with the customers, she told them it was bc the place was busy. I counted only 10 customers at tables / counter. After they left, she blamed the customers themselves as the problem. Just an awful attitude which soured my whole experience. I will never go to this Waffle House, or any Waffle House again until there is some consistency with their hours of operation. One Monday, they'll be open for business, one Wednesday they'll be drive thru only, one Friday they'll be closed entirely. It seems to be up to the employees when they feel like working. I don't care if you're closed until 6 AM, but at least..at the VERY least..advertise your hours in advance and stick with them. read more

We enjoyed your special Valentines Day celebration tonight. I've always wanted the go to one of the Waffles Houses specially designated to do Valentines, so we made reservations. Yes, reservations at a Waffle House because this is a special night and only one store in each district gets to do this we were told, so it fills up fast. Granted, they were running behind and we had to wait until after 7:30 for our 7:00 reservation, but the staff was so welcoming and they had music playing and it was decorated up so cute, how could you not get in the spirit! Standard Waffle House fare, except they had a steak dinner for two, basically their regular steak dinner including drinks and dessert. My husband wanted waffles, and I had a steak with salad and hash browns. The steak was ok, let's be real, you don't go to a Waffle House for a steak, they are so thin it's hard to get one medium rare, it was what it was, the salad fine, and the hash browns as always, good. This is a new store all bright and shiny, and the only one with a drive through, and larger inside than most. We'll be back to enjoy our favorite place for waffles, hash browns and great patty melts. read more

This Waffle House #2126 have been the best of all of the ones I've visited. The staff greeted us when we entered the door. Mr. Shawn kept the house clean. I've never seen this type of service in any of the many Waffle House's that I have visited in the past. Ms. Latoya was very pleasant, friendly, & kind. I'm not impressed with this place. Every time I've gone through drive-through my order has been incorrect. Today was the last straw I ordered a sausage egg and cheese grits bowl and hashbrowns covered. After getting home I realize I got a bacon egg and cheese grit bowl and plain hashbrown. I never receive my receipt and whats crazy is the drive-through person relayed my order to me so I'm not sure how they got it wrong. I had to drive all the way back up here and when I advise of my order was wrong no one seemed to really care or want to correct it. I had to wait additional time for my order to be redone. And then when I got it the hashbrowns looked like crap...they were burnt and inedible. I didn't even bother trying to go back in there to get it fixed again. If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. This place is unbelievable. To start let me say I travel the east coast for a living. I visit many waffle houses on my long late night drives. And honestly this is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. We (party of 8) visited for the first (yes first) time on a Sunday. The waitress, not only did not bring our drinks for over 15 mins but she forgot my waffle, my friends entire order, and 3 other friends sides, varying. She was sitting on her phone the entire time. We visited yet again, on a Monday. Same thing same waitress. So we start thinking it's just her, we also tip the cook for he is the ONLY person working this this place. Now I'm here at this moment, yet another waitress sitting down doing nothing, outside on her phone smoking and I have been here for 20 mins, just got my water. So I usually stop in the drive thru and there's a pleasant young lady that I've interacted with. Today, despite the sign saying drive thru open (around 6:45 AM), it was not so I went in to order. The moment I walked in to order the guy appearing to be the manager continued to look at his phone and walked to the back. I told that took my order that their drive thru sign said open and they should probably change it. We hit this Waffle House location right in the middle of the after church Sunday rush. Despite the fact that they were crazy busy and there was a line of people waiting for a seat we both left very happy! The "hostess" who was assisting customers waiting for a table was just plain great. Our server (New York) was wonderful - despite being swamped with customers and orders. Our food took a bit longer to get than usual - but understandable considering how busy they were - but when it did arrive it was hot and delicious! The restaurant (and bathrooms) could have been a bit cleaner but once again I have to emphasize the fact that the place was super busy. It was So Nice to see all the staff working together so well and GREAT to be able to enjoy our breakfast / lunch without the blaring, annoying, ghetto music that seems to be so prevalent in many Waffle House locations these days. Worst customer service of any restaurant I've ever been to. This includes on the phone, if they choose to answer it, drive thru not worth the wait because the Orders are rarely made correctly. Horrible dine in experience. On July 14, I went in ( I was the only customer) to dine in. I had to seat myself , got a rude server, never gave me a check back and no utensils brought out with my food. When I made eye contact with her while she was just standing at the register not doing anything, she rolled her eyes. So many other customers came and went while I'm still sitting just to pay for my check. So I get up and tell her I'm ready to pay and she replies, " I'll be right there." Still minutes go by, nothing. So I get up and ask the cook for a to go box and cup. Politely, he gets it for me and returns it to my table. I finally see another employee walk in and start working so I get up and ask her to ring my ticket up so I can leave. She was nice and even offered me a bag for my to go tray. I tipped her $2. She did more for me then my own server smh. I won't eat there ever. If the girl server doesn't like her job she should stay home. Don't take it out on the customers.
