Hashbrowns, scattered, double covered, smothered, & peppered and an order of bacon.
    Tiffane L.

It's your typical Waffle House. The food is hot, greasy, and comes out quick. The staff changes often, but that's common in the service industry. I've come to this location before and can't recall a bad experience or a time when my order wasn't correct. There may have been something missing but the problem was quickly resolved. Friendly staff & good food at a reasonable price. I got hashbrowns, scattered, double covered, smothered, & peppered (that's Waffle House speak for onions, extra cheese & jalapeño peppers) and an order of bacon. I usually get a pecan waffle and some sweet tea but I just wasn't feeling that hungry today. Either way I've got a good breakfast for less than $10. Usually two people can eat pretty good for $25 and this is anytime of the day. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner whenever you want at your local Waffle House.

A 24 hour WH where 100% of employees are on break and the door is locked at 0500 in the morning rates a complete fail.

Breakfast dates with myself hit different at Eggs Up Grill…read more This was one of those simple, satisfying, no-notes mornings. I ordered a classic breakfast--crispy bacon, well-seasoned sausage patties, eggs cooked just right, and a fresh fruit bowl that actually felt fresh. Not an afterthought. A moment. The coffee? Hot, strong, and served in that cozy mug that makes you slow down and stay a little longer. And let's talk about the space--bright, cheerful, clean, and welcoming. The wall art alone tells you this place understands joy before noon. Service was easy, friendly, and efficient without rushing the vibe. This is the kind of spot you come to reset your day, not just eat. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I bring someone? Yes--but solo is elite. I'm a TikTok Marketplace creator, and yes--this content is created from my car, between real life and real moments. No gimmicks. Just honest eats and good food

The food was fine, but nothing special. The service was generally OK too…read more Two things really bugged me though. 1) one of the servers was aggressively using a broom to clean a floor mat behind the dining counter, and sweeping it into the dining area causing dirt and dust to float into the air near me while I'm trying to eat. 2) My check was $16 and change. When the server brought the device to pay by credit card, there were the buttons to press for suggested tip amount, but the minimum amount was $7 and increased from there. The starting suggested tip being $7 on a $16 bill seemed deliberate in hoping I would just press one of the buttons. I of course, entered a custom tip of an appropriate amount.

The space itself is actually a decent size--medium to large with enough seating to where you aren't fighting for real estate against the afternoon rush. It has a good flow to it, which I appreciated. I decided to deviate from the standard soul food lanes and went with the Caribbean Jerk Alfredo Combo, which comes with chicken and shrimp, plus some garlic bread on the side. Now, let's be clear: this is a soul food establishment, not a Caribbean kitchen, and that distinction was definitely present in the flavor profile. Everything was pretty tasty and the portions were solid, but it wasn't the best Jerk I've ever encountered. The sauce had some life to it, but if you're looking for that authentic island heat that makes you see colors, this isn't that. It's a soulful take on a fusion dish, and it does the job well enough for a mid-week craving. Overall, the vibes were straight and the food was good. It's a reliable spot to keep in the rotation when you want a heavy plate and want to keep your dollars in the community. I'll probably stick to the more traditional staples next time I slide through, but I walked out satisfied.

The cute and engaging decor, very bright and colorful. I found a new favorite donut with their gluten-free red velvet. Moist and delicious Their signature dish of the egg on top of the hash browns was yum. Yum. The chunks of potatoes are crispy and the eggs were cooked just right. There was enough hash browns there that I saved some and cooked more eggs the next day at home Although my husband didn't like his scrambled eggs because he says they were as flat and not fluffy. And they were not very busy when we arrived and had additional staff come in as their peak hour approached around 9:00. The gal that was doing it all had to stop and make coffee and I think she rushed it a little bit because it wasn't hot and it was bitter... She gladly warmed it up for me and when she topped it off it wasn't as bitter

There seems to be plenty of parking on the street as well as the lot behind the building. It was around noon when I arrived and they were serving their brunch menu. I had the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit that came with eggs and a side of grits. The biscuit was large, soft, and toasted and the fried chicken on top crisp and seasoned well. It was sweet from the honey. The eggs (I had them scrambled) were fine, but nothing remarkable. The grits were quite spicy for my taste, but I'm a wimp from the Midwest so they were probably great. I enjoyed everything. I would have liked an unsweetened iced tea, but only sweet tea was available. I had a fountain soft drink instead of. The restaurant was light and airy. The furniture was a bit worn and the dishes were plain white plastic but on the whole it was a lovely place. My server was pleasant and attentive.

There is also street parking. Wait to be seated. Best to have a reservation during peak hours. Weekend brunch and evenings I imagine to be busy. QR code menu. NOTE if you go during brunch and you get a cocktail from the menu you won't see the prices for brunch. That is part of the reason for the low rating. Even though the drink menu says the days and hours for those prices, you have to ask for the after those hours. The menu has your typical southern brunch flare with a twist. The drink menu is good. I ordered the impossible burger slider, it doesn't come with anything. Just two sliders. I ordered the potatoes. Even though the sliders were decent. It was a little salty. Presentation was good. Watermelon savage. I also tried the scrambled eggs - way too salty. It was inedible. My brunch partner didn't like the grits or chicken biscuit that it came with. Service was fine. Decor and atmosphere was nice. Overall, it was decent. It seems like a nice place to grab drinks and catch a vibe or be the vibe. Gratuity is included. Overall, decent spot. Oh and there is outdoor seating that includes a stage.

Let me be very clear: the drive was 100% worth it. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt elevated. The seating, the staff, the food, the live pianist, the atmosphere, even the other guests -- everything worked together to create one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. And the food... I absolutely gorged myself on that buffet, with zero regrets. From the main selections to the dessert station -- which featured authentic bananas foster -- every single bite was incredible. The quality, the presentation, the flavor -- all of it was just out of this world. Honestly, part of me doesn't even want to write this review because I want to make sure I get a seat again next Christmas. But it would be a crime not to share how special this place is. I can't speak on anything outside of their dinner service, but if you go just for that, I promise you -- you will not, you cannot, leave disappointed. I would put money on that.

Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and great at checking in without ever feeling intrusive. Service like that genuinely elevates the whole experience. The standout for me was the branzino. The branzino was perfect, the fish itself was tender and flavorful, and the combination with the fingerling potatoes and capers was absolutely amazing. Everything worked together beautifully and felt thoughtfully prepared rather than overly complicated. You can tell there's real attention to detail here, both in the food and hospitality. Definitely a spot worth revisiting. So, if you're wondering if I'll be back - I'm definitely not opposed to it.

This place is a hidden gem -- no exaggeration…read more We stumbled on this place and ended up eating here twice in one day... lunch and dinner. That's how good it was. Andrea and Dezzy were absolute stars, the kind of service that makes you feel like you've found your new spot. They're the reason I came back again the following week. That third visit had a few bumps. The service wasn't quite up to the usual standard, but I'm giving them grace. Every restaurant has an off night. I kicked things off with the Shrimp Aglio + Olio, which is unbelievably good. I've had plenty of versions of this dish, but this one wins by a mile. The focaccia is divine, and the garlic butter deserves its own award. The Grilled Caesar is not your average Caesar. The char on the romaine gives it a smoky depth, the capers add the perfect crunch, and pairing it with the salmon keeps it light while letting the housemade dressing shine. I'm not big on the drinks, but the Berry Me in Tequila is the standout. Dessert sealed the deal. The Madagascar Vanilla Bean gelato is creamy, balanced, and not overly sweet. And the Tiramisu Classico? Shockingly good, and I usually avoid tiramisu altogether. The music is a whole vibe, and it doesn't matter if you're inside or out, the energy follows you everywhere.
