We went to call them about it to get a refund and to figure out how in the world we get hair cooked in our food. They then got rude and hostile with us over the phone and did not even want to see the chicken. They "took our word for it." I do not know what has happened to this location, but it has been on a downward spiral, and this is just horrendous. I also have a video of it just for proof.
