The tables looked like they'd seen things. The employees were so greasy they reflected the overhead lights like human frying pans. Mid-meal, a completely unhinged customer started giving a loud monologue to no one, shadowboxing the jukebox and announcing life updates nobody asked for. Outside, two raccoons were aggressively fighting over what was definitely raw meat by the dumpster, and at one point I couldn't tell if they worked there or not. Honestly, I half-expected one to come inside and ask for a shift meal.
