Service, not what it used to be. I have visited this location for over 30 years, and today's visit was very disappointing. I sat at the counter, I was asked if I was eating in, but my server did not come over. Another server got my coffee. Then another server took my order since my server still did not make it over to me. My server started cooking some food. My bacon came out a good 15 minutes before the rest of my meal. My coffee needed refilling, and I waited a few minutes hoping someone would notice, never happened. I finally had to say something. I will not return to this location. read more

Mera was a fabulous server and was super accurate with our order. I should've asked the name of the beautiful lady on the grill, but everything was perfect. I know she's been with Waffle House for a very long time and they are lucky to have her at this location. I absolutely love their omelettes and hope they get the blender fixed correctly for this crew. I also hope they help us out and get it back on the regular menu as that is one of the best things ever! We also enjoyed pecan waffles and loaded hashbrowns. It was late in the evening on a Monday night, so why it wasn't busy. Starting this review off, this butter might be one of the best I have ever reviewed. Let's get started. First, the spreadability was ELITE. This butter spread super well. Which is why it deserves a 5/5. There is no beating it, well done Waffle House. The taste, the taste was pretty good. It melted in my mouth greatly and was extremely creamy. However, it was a little warm which was confusing as it wasn't melted. Next the packaging. The packaging was very simple but also very busy. It was also very informative. When designing this packaging they has information in mind as they gave a list of ingredients used. They also described their butter as "whipped spread" which is very accurate. The appearance was nothing great, but also nothing bad. It's hard to make it look perfect. I had no problems with the appearance. Final words Waffle House has an S tier butter. This was my first visit. When I parked there was a worker cleaning the lot. I went t in and sat. It took a count of minutes sitting to be acknowledged and given a menu. A couple of workers were coughing and rubbing their nose. I asked the one person that didn't appear to unclean to take my order and handle my food. The woman cleaning the parking lot came in, put the broom and walked pan away, grabbed food takeout plates and was coughing everywhere. She didn't wash her hands or sanitize . The person waiting on my stood at the grill until my food was ready and delivered to the table. She brought me hot water for my utensils. The food was good but the coffee was weak. I left the waitress a good tip, but I won't return because it was some workers are unsanitary. read more

Arrived to waffle house and the door is locked with customers on the inside which is a fire hazard. The two employees inside signaled to me they're closed today hole still serving customers inside. I work here. But, I also eat here. I find all of the employees here quite fun to be around, especially with crew on third shift. 3 years in Waffle House as an Employee, worked with a ton of Grill Ops.. But I gotta say.. Tommy makes the best plates I've seen in all my time and he handles every situation with very extreme class and respect. He's a boss. Joe is underestimated, but he makes food that has some extreme potential to be amazing as well. Sam is a great cook and I respect him as a fellow worker too. I could go on for days about each and every one of the staff on the night shift. ( IM ALSO ON 3RD SHIFT, that's why I'm only mentioning my shift mates tonight.. ) Though I'm not going to just brown nose my store because I work there. Like every Waffle House, we have problems we need to work out just as much as every other one does, but our management and our in-house staff is amazing and every shift is great in their own way. Even before I worked here, I was an almost-regular for mrs. Dianne and Angel, but I got the pleasure of working here shortly after moving into CRTP. I recommend everybody come try us out for a bite because on every shift we have fantastic food and hilarious but respectful staff members. Dirty: This restaurant may be having a bad day, because this is my first visit to this particular Waffle House: Overheard one employee working on unclogging a sink explain to another employee the importance of the 3 step wash system, at which the 2nd employee responded: "I'm not washing no dishes." The employee that was working on the dishes asked her and another female to not stack dishes until the situation was remedied, at which the 2 female employees ignored the male. I ordered oatmeal, but they were out. It was around noon on a Saturday. If you order a soda, it comes out of a 2-liter bottle. FYI. Not sure what food service code is, but the only ones wearing food service gloves are the grill cooks. The staff was very polite to the customers, but usually they refill my coffee at other establishments. I was never asked for a refill here. My family had refills on their tea though. This location wasn't bad, very close to the Atlanta Speedway. Waiter was good and our food came quick. Standard Waffle House fare. Yum.

Service is slow at times and food greasy. Country music for all unless you can get to jukebox early and above average breakfast. The great thing here is the waffles and the fact you can get breakfast any time. The coffee is not very bitter or as bitter as other places. Enjoy. I have eaten here every Saturday for 2 years at this Waffle House across from Atl Mtr Speedway. I arrive at 8am to 830 am routinely. Today the 18 Dec as usual I arrive. Problem is I sat in booth next to cash register for about 10 mins. No good morning, no service and not even hello. I left, I will not return. If i did not want service I would not come in. This is such a great Waffle House! Everyone is so nice they are like family! One of the employees actually paid for our meal, we had a bad storm and all the power was out so we didn't realize they couldn't take a credit card and we didn't have cash! We went by later and paid her back but the gesture truly touched my heart during a stressful time without power in the city! read more

As for most Waffle House's what's important is the quality of service because the food is always going to be the same if there's a good cook luckily for this location both the food and the service we're good in my opinion I will definitely be coming here again read more

I love this Waffle House. Friendly staff, clean, good food. Very impressed by Austin. He is a quite, sweet young man and took really good care of us. He recommended the chocolate pie for dessert and OH MY GOODNESS, best pie I've ever tasted. No exaggeration, I could eat that everyday. Can't get enough.
