I love love love this classic Americana Waffle House food!! This nicer and cleaner than most other Waffle House I have been to! The staff is very friendly and patient. I believe the Waffle House chicken sandwich is probably one of the best I have ever had, I think it maybe because of the way the chicken is marinated before hitting the grill! Their waffle is fresh, warm & delicious and the their potato dishes are always grilled to perfection and good with the exact blend of onions and pepper! We can never go wrong eating straight up American breakfast, bacon, eggs & toast! I hope to be back again someday soon! read more

I've been here like a dozen times over the years here so they must be doing something right. Abigail is great service is very fast to serve customers. The food is great love the waffle. Diner reminds of my childhood. It is wheelchair accessible. read more

Waffle came out late and was not cooked properly. Bad waffle frim Waffle House is a 1 out of 5 stars. The place was not busy when we came in but team member who was serving us was busy in a conversation with another customer the whole time we were there. No engagement even when i was paying. The guy she was talking must be a really important person because she kept talking with him even when she was working the register. I hesitated to visit this place because of my previous experiences and i was proven right. What a negative experience. read more

Extremely disappointed in this location and the owner, management staff, team members, and the deplorable service standards. I am a post stroke survivor with some mobility issues and some aggressive neuropathy in my legs. I went to this location and sat in a booth due to sitting in the metal swivel chairs hurts my legs as there is no support like the wide seat of the booths. The manager came over and scolded me for taking up a booth and demanded I relocate to a chair at the end of the bar. I stated that I would not and further attempted to explain why . She said that was the policy and I could leave. She would not serve me at the booth. I did leave and called the corporate line where I received a call back from the owner agent of Waffle House confused about my complaint. I feel that further investigation from the offices of ADA are warranted. I have filed a formal written complaint on the management staff for egregious abuse of a person with a limited disability. One of the staff members flipped me off while I was gathering photo evidence of the address location to document my written compliant. This business has a golden opportunity to make this a teaching and further training moment for the entire staff on how to assist others with disabilities. I would like the teaching and training to review ADA requirements for persons requiring accomadations while dining at Waffle House. I should not have to disclose or discuss my personal medical history to staff members because I choose to sit in a booth. I will NOT be revisiting any Waffle House due to the policy that violates ADA principles and best practices. Waffle House cameras documented my visit and the verbal exchange with the manager. Wow. Where do I even start. My wife and I decided to stop by our local Waffle House, ( one we haven't attended since a bad experience prior ) and I am absolutely amazed!! Our waitress (Mallory) was AMAZING!!!!! She was the most bubbly & attentive little waitress ever!!!!! She made us feel like we were royalty! Amazing young woman who was born for customer service. This is the worst Waffle House I've ever been in! I like my food well done and not even the pecan waffle was cooked, let alone well done. Wanted my eggs over-well, yolk was still runny, REALLY? Waitress was sweet and that is the only reason I gave it one star. Go to the Timberlake WH - much better. read more

We went and they were extremely slow. There was 6 other people in the restaurant and we were there for 30 minutes and then they finally brought our waffles but no drinks and no silver ware. Our waitress was also kind of rude. I would have given it 0 stars but that was not an option. read more

A place like this sets an expectation before you even sit down. Between the name and the way it…read morepresents itself, you expect a certain level of care. We came in for breakfast, missed the cutoff, and ended up ordering lunch instead. That shift ended up defining the experience. **FOOD** At the table, we had three different sandwiches, and each one had its own issues, but they all pointed in the same direction. I ordered the Handcrafted King Burger. The name suggests something made in-house, or at least something with a bit of character. What came out looked like a prefab patty. Perfectly round, evenly flat, with the kind of surface you usually see from a frozen product. Flavor was fine, but it didn't match what you expect from a brisket burger. The toppings were standard, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, but the lettuce portion was skimpy and the tomato was sliced so thick it threw the balance off. I ended up cutting it down myself just to make it easier to eat. The fries were fine. Nothing wrong, just nothing memorable. My wife ordered the French dip. It came out dry, which is the one thing that sandwich really can't afford. It didn't seem like it had been dipped at all before serving, and the meat leaned overcooked. The au jus on the side helped once we started using it, but by then you're correcting something that should have been handled in the kitchen. We ended up swapping meals, which usually says enough. My mom went with the BLT, and that was the most disappointing of the three. The bacon was overcooked to the point where it broke down into small pieces instead of giving any real texture. It ate more like bacon crumbles than strips. The tomato had the same issue as mine, cut too thick, and needed to be adjusted at the table. She did like the house chips. Those were crisp, not oily, and easily the most complete item that came out. Across multiple plates, the Swiss cheese stood out, and not in a good way. It had the look and texture of a lower-end processed slice rather than something you'd expect from a deli. It showed up more than once, which made it feel like a standard shortcut rather than a choice. **SERVICE** Service was steady. Our waitress stayed on top of refills and checked in without hovering. Orders were taken correctly, food came out in a reasonable time, and nothing got missed. **AMBIENCE** The space is clean and organized, and it's clear they take care of it. It's a little smaller than it looks online, but it works. Nothing feels out of place, and it's comfortable enough to sit and eat without distraction. **CLOSING** This feels like a place that might do one part of the menu better than another. Based on this visit, lunch didn't hold up. Too many small things were off across multiple plates, and it adds up.
