Note, if you use the kiosk to avoid the line, half and half is referred to as breve and will cost you an extra $1. There is no cow milk, cream or half and half option on the kiosk. I asked the staff and they told me to put notes in, I had to explain that was not an option either. Judging by the crowd at the store, it must be a popular place and they do brisk business - most of which is stay, sit and chat with your coffee. It seemed to be very popular with college age and recent post college persons - I did not see a lot of gray hair in the business (other than mine). Coffee was okay, tends towards more of a medium to light roast. Not my fave. Not sure I want to pay $5 for coffee again - probably won't be back.

The baristas and staff kept making comments and complaining about the kids, which made us feel very unwelcome. I understand that some kids can be excessively loud, and I agree that there should be boundaries. However, there's a difference between kids being kids and being disruptive. If certain children are being too loud, I feel like that should be addressed with those specific parents rather than making the general atmosphere uncomfortable for everyone. As a parent, I want to be able to enjoy a coffee while my child plays without feeling like we're a nuisance just for being there. Unfortunately, that's how we felt during our visit. It's a great concept, but the way we were made to feel really took away from the experience. I won't be returning.

I had the wonderful opportunity to visit for the first time recently and ordered a chocolate caramel cheesecake protein shake. Their menu is composed of meal replacement protein shakes and loaded teas (energy teas). Both have many flavors to choose from! I am quite picky with my protein shakes and was hesitant to order one that I didn't either make myself or purchase pre-bottled, but I was so impressed with the flavor, texture, and overall quality of my shake! Many people avoid protein shakes because of a gritty texture and a noticeable protein powder taste, but these are so well done that you almost think you're having a milkshake! My only suggestion is that they need to play music or something in there because it is REALLY quiet and almost awkward to stand waiting for your shake (I felt the need to whisper). Additionally, I wouldn't have known this place existed if I wasn't so curious about new places opening up in Wyndhurst. I hope some presence on Yelp will change that because I highly recommend visiting. I'm planning on returning soon!
