The cook was like "yeah it's tripping right now" I turned around and walk way. Went down the street to Good Times. I received better service, good food at a cheaper price! I supported Kings Diner for a long time, 2 years or more but they've lost my business permanently. The food is good but the service is horrible so that makes it all NOT WORTH IT! Even the cashier at Good Times said verbatim " The service at Kings Diner is horrible". I personally think the owner or management need to fire all those ghetto hood rats and get New help. His attention to detail is phenomenal. He is an active listener. IHOP was suppose to get him on the TEAM. When we first came in Dana I guess the manager was not in the front and so we waited at least 10 minutes before I went to find someone which was Cody to help seat us. Then when he sat us down, she still had not acknowledged us or greeted us. She was on the phone the entire time and just walked around. She never walked to greet or check on any customer within the establishment. Very poor management skills. I would have never knew she was a manager until I asked who she was. Interpersonal skills not there at all. Cami (THE HOSTESS WITH THE MOSTESS) she has the best attitude, very personal with everyone she saw in the store, walked around and spoke to everyone, checked and made sure everyone had what they needed.
